Cut Plus Unisex Hairstyling

I've got my haircut three times at this place and the first two times I got a cut for 20 dollars as I have short hair. The third time I went in for a trim and they charged me 30 dollars. Doesn't make sense that a trim would cost 10 dollars more. Not happy as I enjoyed my cut the first two times and the price was good. This time around my hair was completely butchered and I ended up needing to get it fixed elsewhere. I literally wanted the same style just a trim and the lady couldn't even do that properly. Would not recommend this place.

At another salon my hair was botched and my stylist did an amazing job fixing it at such an affordable price! Extremely pleased with my results. She’s was also fast and efficient! For what I had done

Brought my 3 year old for her first official haircut. She was a bit nervous but her stylist, Hailey, was very friendly and did a great job. She even gave her a little princess" updo with glitter and my daughter loved it. Also bought some Amika products which were reasonably priced. (cheaper than Sephora!)"

What a gem this place is. Been to alot of salons over my life, but the hairdressers here are very caring and gentle. They listen to what your are looking for and do wonders to make you feel beautifulDefinitely recommend this salon.

I had Luran as my hairdresser she did my hair for prom. My hair is not very nice and often falls out of everything. She was so nice so gentle and my hair stayed all night!! Highly recommend this place!!

Only giving a two so it hopefully posts to the page!!The customer service was absolutely disgusting, There was an issue with the service that was done by them and when it was brought up to see if it could be corrected they were incredibly unhelpful, showed no compassion, and simply no recognition for the issue.It was not an attempt to get a free service, or a discount on a reservice(I mean they should have offered though) it was simply thatThe issue needed to be corrected as it was not what was paid for.We were informed that there is a 7 day policy but when you first get a service done, you give the benefit of the doubt, and wait to see if its just a personal issue, then you work 12 hour shifts & when you leave a voice mail with no call back, you go in on your next day off and they do this?Absurd.Save your time, go somewhere else.The lady that we spoke with wasn't the one who had done the service and didn't even say we should try and talk to her, she offered absolutely nothing and then walked away from the conversation, which wasn't even heated.

Cut Plus is located in the Seaway Mall. The closest entrance to Cut Plus is the Seaway Mall's main entrance off of Niagara Street. Wheel chair accessible parking and entrances is available. The Niagara Regional Transit also stop at the Seaway Mall for ones that don't drive.The location itself is clean and the salon is deep. Lots of seats for customers to have their hair cut, styled, dyed, etc. Wait times are reasonable. Staff will greet you at the front desk fairly quickly, if not they may be coming from the back.Staff are friendly and schedule availability is good, even for walk ins when I've gone. Pricing is affordable and they take cash or card.At my last visit I explained to the hairdresser I was looking for a fade and less on top. She was great and nailed it.I will be returning again for a Men's haircut.

My hair was damaged from home styling from over 3 yrs and came in to try to save my hair. The girl that did my hair did the most amazing job ever and the best hairstyle I have ever had. I thought it was going to just be a decent cut and have to live with it but she worked her magic and wow, I love my hair. Can't stop looking at it in the mirror. They have my business for now on for sure
