Alta Custom Exhaust

I am so grateful to have come across this shop. They have fixed my car many times and always have reasonable prices and are never pushy about their services. So happy to have just recently get my car back feeling like it's brand new!

My exhaust pipe had become detached from its rubber hanging bracket at the rear of the truck, creating a bad potential situation where my full exhaust system could have come down while driving. On short notice just before Alberta Custom Exhaust Saturday closing hour, they ushered me into a repair bay where a seasoned technician identified the problem, welded on the appropriate retainer piece and checked the entire system for additional damage issues. Finding one other issue, he repaired that and sent me on my way. The boss wouldn’t accept payment for the brief time in his business, which in this day and age was refreshing. I told him Alberta Custom Exhaust will receive all my future business as a result. Great business, friendly knowledgeable staff. What more can I say?

This review is late in coming, but I have never been so impressed, and felt like I was so well treated by an auto shop before. I brought my car in after the exhaust pipe had rusted through and was almost falling off. I expected my first visit to be an estimate of how much it would be to fix, and for there to be a follow up to bring my car back.There was no second appointment, they took my car right in, let me know how much it would be to fix it, and got it done within the hour. And it was a fraction of the cost that I had expected.Throughout the short time I was there, I was treated respectfully and honestly, and I saw that treatment extended to other customers as well.I really hope that this review helps Alta Custom Exhaust get more business, because they deserve it, and people deserve to be treated with the level of honesty and respect that they deliver.I should mention, the quality of work was also exceptional!

They charged me 91$ for changing a 18$ bulb in 5 minutes. Very bad people. Be careful about this place. Much more expensive than Canadian tire.

The employees here are wonderful, straightforward, honest, and are happy to explain things. I compared several shops to fix my cat converters, and they not only had the best price but they were willing to stay within my budget and not push extra work on me. Just did what was discussed. I will definitely be returning!

Super friendly! Zach was amazing and knowledgeable, he also didn't want to waste my money (nice change nowadays). Plus my car sounds amazing! I got a quote on a muffler delete and had it done on the spot the day of! Only cost me around ~$500 with new tips!

Will be recommending this shop to everyone. Brought my Mazda 2 in to get an exhaust cause it was way too loud when i bought it, turned out it was straight off the headers. Within less than a day they custom built a full exhaust system that sounds as close to factory as possible and absolutely nailed it while still being budget friendly. Thanks for all your hard work, very much appreciated!
