Ok Corral Liquor Store
I have been a regular customer at OK Corral for many years. In the beginning they had BC Liquor Stores pricing and a 3% loyalty discount. Usually, however, they did not match BCL Stores sale prices. After a while, the discount was lowered to 1.5%. Recently the discount has completely disappeared (for credit card users), and I now discover that they no longer maintain BCL pricing (without any notification that I have seen). This is discouraging, and since OK Corral has - for obvious reasons - much less choice than BCL Stores, I have decided not to visit OK Corral any more.All that being said, they have, during all my years as a customer, the nicest staff anywhere. I am going to miss the always friendly greetings. They all went to the trouble of remembering my phone number. Awesome! But I am a cheapskate.

Kaitlin went above and beyond when I dropped my purchase of wine in the parking lot. She helped me with the clean up and replaced it with a new one along with a lovely smile. Great store, selection, and friendly staff. Thanks Kaitlin!!

They took down their main place because of bad reviews. New owners of this establishment are absolute dust. Stick to downtown Kelowna. Not worth your time.

I often shop at the Corral Liquor Store because its close to home amd usally on route to where I am headed. I was supper caught off gaurd when one of the female cashiers asked for my points number and referred to me by my first name. I was like how did u do that

I went here based on reviews and as I pulled up I was skeptical about the selection that would be in the store. I was surprised to see that although the selection wasn't MASSIVE, the variety wine and spirits was top notch. The staff were also really helpful and knowledgeable. I love going to buy a bottle of wine and then getting recommended something similar I haven't tried.

Wouldn't let my friend in because his license was expired. He still had his care card as primary ID and then a credit card with his name. Was going to be my first time going but quite disappointed, and we all left to a different bar. Would be appreciated if the staff were trained about the liquor laws a bit more
