Wave is an excellent product. I do not use all the possible services due to company Policy which requires that no source or tool can provide all services needed pertaining to the catagory or field in question.In other words using the financial services concerning receivables is processed separately.In this volatile world, backup to each and every component of the business is necessary. I have spreadsheets that back up Wave.Still, your service is immensely appreciated, thank you Wave!PS Especially like the invoicing service!

Wave makes it so easy to use. It is the best financial service company for small business owners. As a freelance writer, Wave has been the best software from the other ones out there. I have not had any issues during all the months I have had it. It has made my life much easier!

Love Wave. First, it's free. You only pay if you use their card processing or payroll (maybe some other things, too, but basic accounting is FREE). It connects to your bank account and transactions are automatically entered, you just need to assign them to the correct account.It does not have all the bells & whistles that Quickbooks has, but for small businesses, you don't need those anyway. You have all the important and needed reports.It is a very simple, easy to use program. 10/10

Wave has been an amazing program for our company. Not only is it free to use (if you aren't using payroll), but it is simple and easy. Our company uses the payroll feature that they offer and it has made my life so much easier in the office. It is user friendly and if you make a mistake (which I have a few times), support is right there to work with you step by step and correct anything that you may have done. I love that they submit our remittance to the CRA, again another task that I no longer need to worry about. I highly recommend WAVE for any small business owner.

I've used Wave for nearly 6 years to manage my side-gig accounting and invoicing. The reports have always been super helpful come tax time to easily see how much I made and what my expenses were. Now, as I've scaled my side business to become my full-time self-employment work, Wave has scaled with me phenomenally and made it so easy to manage multiple invoices, customers, and see exactly what my financial picture is as a business. Its free, easy to use and a way better option than Quickbooks. This truly is an amazing way to go if you're not an accounting guru and trying to run anything from a side gig to a full-time freelancing business.

WAVE invoicing software works as promised and the interface is easy to use to customize. The dashboard is clean and provides useful information in a clear and logical manner. Notifications are timely and sensible. The payroll module had a clean interface and provided sufficient technical information to set up payroll and payroll tax payments correctly the first time. Customer support has been great--timely, knowledgable people with excellent knowledge and a sense of humor. I wish all software services were so well designed and put the user first like WAVE.

I love Wave for an easy to use business tool. I have a housekeeping business and don't have a lot of spare time to do bookkeeping, but Wave makes it so easy for me to do both, admin and foot work. I have helped my daughter get set up with Wave and she uses this as her admin tool as well. I love the automated reminders - and the app for my phone and other devices makes it easy to take bookkeeping with me on the go. I would definitely recommend Wave to other small business owners out there. It's intuitive and easy to use. After years in the medical field doing admin work I've used many different software systems and normally making a change or incorporating something new is a challenge, with Wave I never went through that transition period - it just came easy and flowed right into my normal day to day routine. I have kept this for over a year and my feelings have stayed the same. Thanks Wave!

Wave really rescued me in the bookkeeping department of our small business. I offered to help my husband with his invoices and tracking his projects in his consulting business. I tried to create all of my documents from templates in excel which was very confusing and took me hours and hours with lots of frustration and mistakes I often missed. My husband sent me a link to the Wave website and asked me to try it. I have been using it for 2 months and found it very easy to tailor the invoices for what we needed. What used to take me hours I can now do in under an hour, with zero mistakes! As our business grows, we can use more of what Wave offers, but for now I can use only what I need. It has been a lifesaver for me.
