Kris is just awesome with Cricket and Austin. They have had nail trimming issues with other groomers in the past until we meet Kris. I love the way he treats both dogs along with the fact that I have NEVER NOT seen a smile on his face, I can always count on Kris to be polite and go the extra mile to ensure that my dogs have a wonderful experience. He is just simply a pleasure to do business with.

I watched as my dog get his nails buffed. He is a doxie and i guess he was nipping at her so they had his neck in the loop. but i could tell she was getting frustrated with my dog. She tried to stretch his front paws but hey short legs. Thats all that bothered me she seemed she didn't have the patients that day .... getting aggravated. also my dog don't usually nip i think cause that was first time buffing. Over all i like going there and will continue to go...ty

Our groomer was very friendly and went over everything she would be doing during our puppy's appointment. She made sure she understood what we wanted as well as explaining to us what needed to be done. She was very gentle with our puppy and used a soothing voice when talking to him. He looked 100% better afterwards.

Myra and staff were super! Very friendly and took the time to make our cat feel comfortable instead of just jumping right into the process. He looked and smelled great and even got a cute bow tie!! So handsome!!

My doggy gets all-star treatment! He’s loved, he’s cut very well, he smells great, and his teeth are clean! I love the added touch with the tie - I know Mayra really takes good care of him!

My dog was groomed beautifully. She was very soft & silky. I was very happy with how well her nails were trimmed as well. I was given an update as to how well she did and the products that were used on her. Her appointment did not take too long either. I've taken previous dogs to other groomers who had them for several hours. This worked very conveniently into my schedule. I will definitely be using Petco again!

The groomer is so nice and easy to talk to. My puppy was very comfortable with her. She did a fantastic job. She trimmed Tippi exactly the way I asked her to do it too. I walready made another appt. For Tippi to get groomed again in about 7 wks.

Lena was not acting stressed out when I picked her up. I was also informed she was well behaved for getting her nails done, not so from past groomers.A big plus! Thank you so much!
