Best Western Swan Castle Inn

One of the nicest overnight stops we've had! very friendly and helpful staff, large clean rooms.

Very friendly service, excellent staff, the spa is a nice little touch. Internet is excellent, rooms well tended too. Best hotel in Cochrane! (Been to them all and by far the nicest in town)

Rooms were clean , some with double beds and crazy spacious. Staff kind and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty darn good. Not sure what else could be needed.

I’m very impressed with how clean this hotel is. Squeaky clean shower, tub, and shiny hardware like taps. Linens smell nice.

First off, I am a Gold Member of Best Western. My stay was four nights. Other than the room, this was a disastrous stay, 99% due to the staff. All lazy, opinionated and rude. One could not explain the $50 git card offer for staying over two nights. Another was basically a mute. It was like pulling teeth to get a word out of him. Last but not least, on the last night I asked for the Fitness Room to be opened at approximately 6:30pm (BTW - Hours for the fitness room were 4pm - 10pm and it was closed 24/7 unless you called or went to front desk to open it) This man did not honor my request two times. On the 3rd time I incidentally met him at the fitness room. He explained it would lock automatically when I left the room (which I prefer to do my workouts in segments, taking breaks between each machine exercise) because it was policy. BS reason was safety for children in the hotel. The other staff had no problem opening it with a door stopper. My frustration had been building all week, and I let this guy know what I thought of the entire staff including himself. I was leaving in the morning, and I have absolutely no regrets for my actions. On a side note not pertaining to the staff, my A/C was very noisy. I called them twice. They said Maintenance would come look at the unit. That never happened. I gave up. I have been very loyal to this Hotel Chain for many years (I travel frequently for my job). I will be taking this complaint to Corporate next.

Very clean hotel and rooms, friendly staff and a good location close to the train station. Due to the proximity of the train station you could hear the trains all night and sometimes the rooms would shake slightly.

I was very happy with everything the hotel offers, friendly efficient staff, great breakfast, the room was so nice and clean, and very comfortable beds. They also have a spa room and gym. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was nice and warm. Very clean. Service at the reception desk went above and beyond what we expected.Parking is outside, but there is power outlets for your block heater or your EV (bring your own charger).Breakfast was good. Will definitely be staying here on future visits through Cochrane.
