Yun was absolutely amazing! Super gentle on my nails. My daughter had Tee. He was great too. I got schellac done. I will definitely be back!! She got the blue I got the purple.

I had my first pedicure here this morning and could not be happier. I called at 9:20 this morning and was able to get in at 11 with Mary for a Spa pedicure. One of the best I have had in a long time from start to finish. This is my new go to place and I will be recommending it to everyone!!! Thank you Mary for a great experience!!!

My boyfriend and I get our nails done every once and awhile, but he has never been to this location until now. I have always preferred the Rochdale location compared to the others! The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. Rich did my nails this time and was very gentle and consistent, whereas some techs are rough and sloppy. Overall a great experience every time I go!

Great service and beautiful results, but it was quite slow compared to some other locations I've been. Worth it if you want to pamper yourself though.

** UPDATE: Pink Rose reached out to me immediately to fix the problem. They allowed me to swing by and fixed up my nails. Nick took his time and was very gentle & nice. I greatly appreciate a business that reaches out to a client to fix a situation and I give great praise to them for doing so. Because of this, I will definitely return. While my review was based off an issue I had, I am very happy with the customer service that was provided me today. Thank you Nick & Pink Rose!I went to Pink Rose for the first time last week. I did a walk in manicure with shellac. I waited awhile (which I did not mind as I did not book an appointment) until someone could help me. Once someone started my manicure, it felt very rushed, but the overall appearance of my nails at the end of the appointment was nice. However, within less than a week, multiple nails chipped or started to lift. Very disappointed that I paid $40 for my nails, for them to be chipping and lifting 4-5 days later.

I'll be honest. I think the girls there work hard. But, I was not impressed. My nails were okay, but she cut me pretty bad on the one middle finger. It actually really hurt, and was bleeding pretty bad. I'll take a picture, but it's healed pretty much by now. As well as when they grew out a bit (had them done on the 7th of March, my birthday) that the base of the nails were catching on things like clothes, towels cloths ect. The pedicure was rushed. And after tip, I paid $100. It wasn't worth that. I've been fixing my nails. I'll show my toe nails, so you can at least see why I have an issue with the pedicure.

lady told me what to get i told her i wasn’t going to pay for something i didn’t want. lady ended up leaving, manger told me that she chose to do my nails because i only have one hand and she wanted it to be fast so she could leave work early, ended up paying full price for something i didn’t want just because the lady messed up my nails and the manger said she couldn’t fix them. super disrespectful will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! they were gonna charge me full price when i only have 5 fingers.. never again

Came here for the first time yesterday. Went as a walk in and they were able to fit me in. Very friendly and accommodating. The lotion they used on my lower legs smelt really good. Very calm and relaxing place to treat yourself to for some self care when life gets busy and you want to sit back and relax. Will definitely be back.Please if you can let me know the name of who did my pedicure. He did a really good job.

Had my first pedi appt today and from the moment I came in everyone at the salon was so kind, considerate and respectful as I have physical challenges. The whole experience was so enjoyable, along with the excellent pricing, very clean and spacious salon. I will definitely be coming back!!
