Recently experienced this owner’s rudeness in the Charlottetown PEI location in late April 2023. He yelled at our daughter when my wife had the kids there. My daughter shared that she wanted to cry. I would have spoken up had I been there as that behaviour is unacceptable. Lots of other local businesses to spend our money at here on PEI . Goji's Should be a fun place for kids not a place to make kids feel uncomfortable.

We had their soft serve frozen strawberry yogurt with no toppings, and it was good - very refreshing! The place was super clean with very helpful and friendly staff. They had many toppings to choose from! Great spot!

Although, the frozen yogurt and toppings are great, the staff is atrocious. The owners are extremely controlling. The woman that hands out the bowls wouldn’t allow my friend to hold my bowl while I went to the bathroom. The man watches you like a hawk as you apply your toppings and tells you, you are taking too much even though you have hardly anything in your bowl and it’s supposedly “unlimited toppings”. The staff are beyond rude. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open just due to the owners alone.

Just went here, frozen yogurt was just ok. I didn’t enjoy mine at all because they did not allow samples so I wasn’t sure what to get because it was my first time here. The staff were very very very rude and yelled at us for looking for the spoons. I can’t believe that customer service is SO bad. This place really needs new staff/owners. It was also very dirty, and toppings were all mixed together. Very gross and unpleasant experience. Will not be returning ever.*edit to reviewthank you for your response. I suggest you check your cameras again because the toppings were in fact mixed together and on the counter. it was certainly not as clean as you are saying. And this still doesn’t excuse how rude your staff was. I hope islanders can recognize that your customer service is unacceptable and choose not to spend their money here.

Fixed pricing makes this place a no brainer. They have about 10 flavors of sorbet, yogurt and gelato with a few dozen toppings and syrups. Everything is delicious.My daughter loves helping us pick what goes into the cups.

I love this spot... But it is DANGEROUS. We tried it as a bit of a healthier alternative- and given free reign to add whatever I liked, it went wild quickly.The staff were really friendly. We happened to go during COVID19 measures, and so the experience was slightly different than the norm I'm sure. The staff did a lovely job of explaining and making our deserts.I would recommend going here, but don't kid yourself that you're going to make something more healthy than other spots. I definitely made a chocolate monstrosity. A delicious chocolate monstrosity.

Customer service here is disgusting. The old man who owns it likes to yell at kids and is disrespectful in general. Though my yogurt was good I'd choose anything over this place anyday just so I wouldn't have to deal with the old man again. Some people arent meant to own businesses where customer service is important!!!!
