Got my Tucson 2023 delivered from here.1. Firstly I would like to thank the finance manager Voula for their patience and for accommodating all our requests. Truly incredible working with Voula.2. Secondly, I would like to thank the sales associates - Dalton, Mohammad, JP.Suggestion/Recommendations to dealership1. When a sales associate is not working there anymore, pls ensure the file is transferred over to another associate. We had to deal with 5 different associates for buying a single vehicle. And once, we were told that my car is ready for pickup but it was just the trade -in appraisal. I had to travel from Mississauga to Guelph without knowing what was going to be done. So consistent and more transparent experience would be appreciated.2. Car trade-in can be done through a proper trade-in/appraisal tool. I had to sell my car elsewhere cos the value that the dealership gave me was nowhere close to the market value and what I was able to get.But beyond the suggestions here, I would say it was a smooth, pressure-free shopping experience here.Update: thanks for responding Guelph Hyundai. But it was the manager that you have mentioned who gave us the poor trade-invalue so I don’t see a point in contacting again.

Highly recommend going to Rag! I purchased a new vehicle and he made sure to answer all my questions I came up with while we awaited the arrival. He didn’t just treat me like a customer but treated me like family.I was able to get the new vehicle in 2months vs 4-6 what is a bonus.Thank you Rag for your help and answering all my questions and allowing the easiest purchase and trade in possible.

Dalton is an excellent sales person. We bought my wife's 2023 Tucson with his help.I wanted the plug in Hybrid but that would have been an 18+ month wait. We got this one in 6 months. Ordered in October.I would prefer if it had 100 more horsepower but it's great otherwise.

I was treated professionally and personally. The service was done quickly, and in exactly the way I was told to expect. Of particular note, my driver--both in taking me back home and picking me up to return to the dealership for my car--was especially congenial, intersting, and engaging. His name is Tony and he was a real treat to spend time with.

I got my 2021 Wrangler Sahara from Guelph Hyundai and it was a great experience. Rag ensured all of my questions were answered quickly and clearly with no hassle. He made sure I got my dream car at the right price and ensured that my car had everything I wanted/needed to be able to buy. I said no heated seats were a dealbreaker, and he got them installed for me! They went above and beyond to get me the perfect car and I am so happy with my purchase. This was definitely the best and smoothest experience I’ve had buying a car so far. If you want to go somewhere that won’t mess around and truly wants to get you the right car at the right price, this is the place. The sales manager was also excellent. Overall a trustworthy place to get a vehicle and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience when I visited Hyundai Service Department to get my car checked for Recall adjustment. The service advisors were very courteous and friendly. Mike Lear was quick to greet me. He gave me an estimated time of 2 hours. When I called later he told that the car will be ready by the time I get there. He was true to his words. When I got there, the car was ready for pick up.

Came here to complete the recall service. Walked into the showroom floor and was met by super friendly staff. He mentioned I can pull my car throw the service doors. Was also met with another friendly and helpful staff in the service garage. Sat comfortably with coffee in the waiting area doing my own thing. Washroom was clean.It was a smooth painless experience to get my recall service done.

Everyone was amazing! The whole team really met you at your level of knowledge and explained everything. They gave us finance options with break downs, no hidden fees, and no switching or changes after the fact. The whole process was very seamless from start to finish. Would recommend anyone who’s looking for a Hyundai, wants a good price and great service, go to Guelph Hyundai and no where else!
