Jason and his team did the roof on a home we were purchasing where the roof was being redone as a part of the sale. We do not live locally to the property and were extremely grateful to Jason for going above and beyond to keep up with regular communication and keep us in the loop. We appreciated it was a bit of a unique situation and had a lot of parties involved (seller, realtors, us as buyers) and he did a great job to keep everyone informed. Jason and his crew just completed an excellent job on our roof. He was great to deal with - communicated with us promptly about the quote, timing, and installation, knowledgeably answered our questions about the products he uses, and was just an all-around nice guy. He also kept us informed about scheduling when there were weather-related delays, and cheerfully changed the dates a few times to fit with our evolving schedules. His quote was competitive and the work was done on budget and took less time than we expected. His hard-working crew were pleasant to be around and they did a good job of protecting our garden plants (we have a lot of them), keeping the place clean during the job, and tidying up afterwards. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jason has now done three roofing jobs for clients of mine and everyone, including myself, have been tremendously pleased with the quality of his work. Cole Roofing replaced our old cedar shake roof with 30-year fiberglass dimensional shingles. The new roof looks fantastic. The work was completed on time and on budget and the crew were very professional. It is so nice to find a company that stands behind their quote and then follows through as promised. They were even able to do our project this summer before the weather changes (unlike the competition). Jason really blew us away with his customer focus, creative problem solving and attention to detail.
