Very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff when I had my 20 week anatomy scan done there 2 weeks ago. Ali the technician who did my ultrasound was very competent and patient. Highly recommend!

I came here last week to get an ultrasound on my abdomen. Medical appointments like ultrasounds can be scary. Thankfully, the staff here were caring, courteous, and considerate. It was a great experience and certainly helped shape my perspective on personal healthcare.

Very bad customer service, Jasmine at reception doesn’t know how to talk to patientsNice reply, instead of trying to make your service better you guys are blaming other peopleFirst of all if you listen properly the conversation it’s very clear that I wasn’t looking for appointment just wanna check my appointment date and timeAnyways there’s no point responding the people like you who don’t know how to run the business and customer service

This place cannot even figure out how to work their phone as I have called 10 times and every single time I call I hear loud screeching like a fax machine. Figure out your phone before opening a whole clinic because you probably do not know what you’re doing.

I called as soon as they opened and was able to book an ultrasound for the same day. Very clean and professional. Had my x-ray completed as well. Located in a plaza, lots of parking.Update: Follow up with your Doctor for results. Although the service was fast, they sat on my results for 12 days because they did not have my doctor's fax number which easily could have been retrieved if they bothered to call.

I called up just now at 8am Jan 24th to book an appointment at St. Barbara Meadowvale location. Was on hold for 10 mts, spoke with an extremely rude CSR and the person did not have talking manners. Kept on saying, “I told you…I told you…” with irritation. This is not the way to speak…I was on hold for 10 mts but the recording kept on saying “wait time is for 1 minute” This does not sound like a professional place. The person on the phone was a lady with absolutely lack of phone manners.
