Nothing special, it's a taco time.I had a hard time finding the doorThe only reason I knew the was a taco time in Medicine Hat was because I saw a sign that listed the amenities" on the way in.I had to use Google maps to find it.Like a hole-in-the-wall establishment"

Another busy Taco Tuesday. Went through the drive through. Got exactly what I ordered including hot sauce and napkins. Thanks again Taco Time staff.I’m back. Gotta have a burrito bites combo. Love it. Sad to see they don’t have cherry empanadas anymore.

I used drive thru. The wait to order was close to 4 minutes that’s after waiting for the vehicle in front of me to wait at least that to place his order. I asked for salt in my bag twice when I ordered once originally and reminded her again after she read back my order and missed it(they ask what condiments you want, I like this as it cuts down on waste) and then at the window I had to ask again. The lady I ordered from was harsh and rushed and seemed very flustered. The gentleman that took my payment was pleasant. My extra crispy Deluxe mexi fries were incredible as always.I tried the chicken quesadilla for the first time, what a mistake. The chicken was very dry and tasteless, it was dark meat, for some reason I expected white meat. The side of sour cream was half the size it should be and I feel that there was too much cheese in comparison to the rest of the ingredients. I don’t recommend the chicken quesadilla it was definitely the worst one I’ve ever had.Update: I was contacted by Taco time and was offered an apology, an explanation (not an excuse) a solution and a coupon. I appreciate the follow up and the customer service. My next visit was way better… although I’ll not order the chicken quesadilla, the picture shows white meat and it definitely isn’t white meat in the quesadilla, that’s just a personal preference not a reflection of the quality.

The food was pretty meh and is getting very expensive. However, our service was above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly and asked so many questions to make sure we had all we needed. The atmosphere was okay. The metal chairs are not super comfortable.

It wasn't busy so they also only had 3 people working. I ordered a beef and cheese burrito, 2 crisp tacos, and a cheese sauce. The burritos are getting smaller, the crisp tacos are also smaller, and the cost has increased. Then it took 20 minutes to get my order.

Great restaurant great staff and they are one of the very few franchises that sponsor kids sports in Medicine Hat. Which is a damn sight more than the Subways or Pizza Hut or the rest.

This is the best taco time that I have ever sent you were you don’t have to look for the meat. There is actually so much hamburger there. I get full on one taco on most times that I eat there.
