I had visited the Jackson Square location and was greeted by Kimberly (Kim as she told me to call her). I had to exchange currency. She was knowledgeable, offered friendly and fast service and gave me the best rate! I will definitely be going back. It rare to find such individuals within the customer service sector. Kim is a rare gem and such truly be recognized.

Exceptional service! It was fast, efficient, and so friendly! I believe the lady who helped me was named Christina. She was so informative about the current exchange rate and what money was best to use for my trip to the Dominican Republic. I would go back again to this location for all my money exchange needsin the future. Great service, great staff! 5 star!

I had hundreds of American dollars in 20s and 50s. They wouldn't exchange them for ones and fives unless I bought" the money there. It's money. They wouldn't do literally the only thing the business exists to do. Its like going to a bank that refuses to let you deposit cheques. Thankfully the CIBC nearby happily gave me all the ones and fives they had."
