It took them 6 weeks to help me with a warranty claim. Even after communicating what needed replacement, they had to order more parts which they somehow “thought” they had, leaving us waiting even longer.After receiving the chair, my Herman Miller Embody frame and backrest came back in worse condition. The tech whom picked up my chair didn’t even know where the gas lift button was. I was patient on the fourth week. Not only that, when showing videos of issues with the chair, it was evident that the SEAT PAN needed replacement but they somehow ordered a knee lift. So after this month transaction my chair still has issues and came back dirty with new scratches and oil smudged in the backrest. They even rounded some of the torx screws on the chair.The customer service sounds very polite which is great but it’s to make up for the 2-5 days delayed responses and their lack of knowledge on HM chairs.Don’t bring your Herman Miller chair here. It is clearly obvious they don’t have enough experience working on them, and don’t have the time to back up their untrained workers.
