Had my road test with an examiner - Allan Wang a few days ago, he was extremely professional and calm, gave clear instructions which made me quite relaxed as the driving test commenced. I appreciate the professionalism I experienced from him and other staff at the registry.

DON’T GO FOR YOUR ROAD TEST HERE!There are two Chinese guys at this registry who are sort of racist, have their own driving schools, and are extremely unreasonable. I have multiple acquaintances who have given their road tests who have reported that if you get the Chinese guy you’ll most definitely FAIL!The instructor was jumping up in his seat at simple instances like a four way stop or a quiet community claiming they were scared of the student’s driving.I gave my test here twice here. 1 time with the unreasonable Chinese examiner (who failed me for another driver’s fault) and the next time with a sweet lady examiner who was fair in her judgement to Pass.My wife gave her test here and both the times the examiners were one of these Chinese guys so she failed twice.I don’t write this review spitefully. But to my fellow readers I strongly recommend that you don’t do your road test here if you’re a new driver. The examiners are randomly assigned and if you end up with these two guys, there’s a good chance of failing!

Richard, the instructor was very clear and precise with the driving instructions. He was cautious and professional in his directives. Am give him the highest rating and will recommend him as best road testing instructor.

I took my road test from registry direct and I experience that staff is very helpful, very friendly and welcoming very Amazing staff. It’s really good customer service. My examiner Alan very helpful too. I feel comfortable and I don’t even feel nervous while I’m driving with this guy. Amazing instructor. Thank you Alan. Keep up the good work everyone from registry direct. If I can give more stars I do. Highly recommended.

I honestly had the best experience here a couple days ago for my road test. Richard is literally the gold in that place. He was very friendly and passionate about answering all your questions before starting the test. The two beautiful black siblings are so nice and gave be great customer service. Everybody is so calm and friendly here

I have been coming this registry for so many years , super great and helpful staffs. I recently got class 5 ART test, Allan was awesome as a driving examiner - very calm and courteous. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE service. I would give zero stars if I could.There’s no communication between staff, and they treat you like they’re doing you a favour when THAT IS THEIR JOB. The person who was assisting us cut us off because she was going for break and said “my colleague will help you” and didn’t even give her a heads up of what he was doing, she made us go through the whole process from zero with an awful attitude.

Allan Wong did an amazing job with the road test with 3 of my kids. They were so nervous and he calmed them down and made them feel comfortable. He told them what they needed to work on and told them to drive safely! We were very impressed!
