They called me asking for someone else, didn’t want to share details but was confronted by rude staff about an apparent credit issue someone else has.Here’s what I’ve done so far :1 called BBB and filed a case with proof showing I have clean credit and no outstanding loans, filed a complaint.2 called the PIPEDA “The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act” and filed a complaint.3 called the CRA “Canadian Revenue Agency” and filed a complaint against organization and to begin investigation into tax fraud, since they claim I owe money that is unaccounted for under a different name, but can not prove it.4 reported cyber crime to “cyber.gc.ca” since this is very much in the realm of “Spam, Phishing, Scams, and Fraud” and they are making false claims and keep asking for my personal information while claiming I’m someone else.Predatory business practice can be combatted, harassing phone calls can be fought back against.If you know your rights and are doing the right thing there is no reason to be harassed and have your personal information pulled and viewed by weasels like these guys.

Even if i told them 2 months ago that they have the wrong phone number, they continue to call and harrass me. I have no link with the person they are looking for but harrassing and not respectful when I called them

Constantly call me and when I wait for a representative it hangs up. I have tried calling back and get the same. I just want them to stop calling me.

Un message automatisé qui me laisse un message depuis 2 ans et au moment de laisser le numéro pour les joindres ils racrocher ... J'ai réussi à trouver le numéro pour les joindres puisque selon eux j'ai un compte en recouvrement . Lorsque je leur ai fourni le numéro de dossier laisse sur le répondeur Ils me demande des informations personnelles pour m'identifier sinon il ne peuvent me parler du dossier. Au moment de leur donner ma date de naissance et mon adresse j'ai réfléchi et avec toute les arnaques téléphoniques de ses dernières années je lui ai dit qui n'avait pas besoins d'information personnelle tel que ma date de naissance pour m'identifier et pouvoir me dire qui me réclame de l'argent. A se moment il m'a dit que j'avais le choix et il m'a racrocher au nez. Sa semble frauduleux ?

They call non stop for other people and weve had our phone for years ....you tell them that they arent at this number and they tell at you tell you the harassing phone calls will continue and hang up call back for supervisor and he hangs up 3x in a row! Terrible company terrible people who work for them

I have been getting calls from these people for over TWO YEARS. for the wrong person. I have told them multipule times that I am not the person they are looking for and they tell me they will remove my number but they never do!! They keep calling and filling up my voicemail. This is harassment which is against the law. As I have seen in the comments here, I'm not alone. Well heads up!: They are commiting a CRIME and CAN be held responsible. In Article 34.22 . I have been on the phone all morning making calls to make a complaint. I was told I would need the name of the company so I called them and the representitive refused to give me the name for about 20 minutes of being on the phone with them until he finally hung up on me and I had to call back reapiditly just as they do to me. I finnally found you guys. And you guessed it, I'm filling a complaint as I speak. My middle finger is in the air right now. :)

They kept calling us for a person of a completely different name
