Special ordered phones for me when I couldn't get them anywhere else.

They say Rogers Customer Service is awful but every time I've gone to this store specifically they've fixed my problem or pointed me in the right direction.Yes Rogers has its problems but knowledgeable employees makes everything.

Tracy that works there. Super rude and condescending from the moment I walked in. Like she absolutely hated her job. After my phone number being stolen (ported) and the fraud department all over my account, I've had issues with my account. After being told by customer service on the phone I don't need a pin, she required a pin to help me. I get it, not her fault, but she made no effort to help me with the situation. Other Rogers stores when faced with where I need to talk to someone at headquarters have actually called in and we worked on it together. Not her though, she couldn't be bothered to help at all. There was not another person in the store, but she had no time for my dilemma. I'm trying to up my shop local" game in these Covid times... But this right here is why people switch to online shopping. I will never set foot in this store again."
