She met me at the dock on time with the kayak, told me everything I needed to know about the river and exit point, it was beautiful and easy, good for any skill level

The experience from beginning to end was a great one. Libby arrived on time, went over the area with us in detail, and set us off. She communicated the entire process before we arrived and continued after we left and made it back home to Youngstown (Ohio). We chose the Youngstown launch point because of the Niagara River emptying into Lake Ontario and Fort Niagara - plenty to see. On a clear day you can see Toronto. We had so much fun and Libby was a big part of that. She deserves the 5 star reviews she gets!

Awesome experience! We booked 2 kayaks at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us. They were very helpful teaching this new kayaker what to do and we had an amazing time. I’d definitely recommend them and we’d rent from them again!

We had a great paddle in the Niagara River starting in Youngstown. Niagara Outfitters was super flexible in accommodating bad weather at no extra charge! Also, Libby gave us terrific advice regarding currents and good paddling routes. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic paddle! Very family friendly & knowledge about the Erie Canal!! We had a great time!! First time in a tandem kayak, was very helpful!! We'll definitely be back!! Thank you & great job Libby, Meghan & Josh!!

This place was excellent and Libby was the best! Leave it to tourists to forget their sun screen! Libby stepped right up and gave us some as well as dry bags for our shoes. She was great at explaining evening right down to every detail of where we would be docking (excellent description by the way)... we really loved her and can't rave enough about the great experience she gave us. The river was beautiful! Our original booking was for a thunderstorm day, they were wonderful in helping us to reschedule at a day and time that worked for us, and they even helped us figure out a time with a better weather forecast. Absolutely can't say enough good things about them...

This was so much fun! The location was easy to find, being from out of state, and it was beautiful! Libby was very helpful with making sure we found the location and getting us started since it was our first time ever kayaking. We got to kayak up and down the river and take in the amazing scenery! We did the Youngstown For Beginners 2 hour Kayak option. I would highly recommend this! Such a great new memory! ☺️

Loved the tandem kayak with my daughter. Libby and her coworker were great. Very peaceful and calm in the small grassy river in Wilson. A beautiful day.
