My son just got a haircut here and after we paid for his haircut he wasn’t happy with the length and wanted to shorten his hair by 1 inch so we told the hairdresser and she said oh it’s kind of late now so we will have to charge you another $26. It wasn’t like that they were busy. They had no other customers in the shop and they still wanted to charge $26 more just for cutting off another inch of hair.

I got a great haircut from Atul. He really understood what I was asking for and delivered exactly that. I walked away with a fantastic cut. I also thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with him. I would highly recommend him as your next barber.

Barber comes with a cigarette behind his ear asks how I want my hair cut and while I'm explaining he's looking at his phone not paying any attention. He was very rough with the comb beating the bejesus out of my head with his brush as if I owed him money. Had I stayed there a bit longer I would've gotten brain damage.

Took my son to see this shop today, and Atul was fabulous. My son has high anxiety about his haircut. Atul took the time to chat with him first and get him settled. Listened when my son was trying to ask for a certain style, just overall a fantastic experience. Definitely will be back.

I get excited when I go to to get my hair cut at this barbershop! I always leave feeling like my best self. The talent here is unmatched. I've gotten my hair cut by a few barbers here, they were all great but Sam is GO TO! 1000% Recommended.

A great place to get a haircut, the environment is professional and neat. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Atul gave me a haircut and it was great, he made sure I got what I wanted and provided an amazing experience for me. Overall an awesome place for haircuts.

BY FAR THE WORST BARBER IVE EVER BEEN TOO. BUDDY REALLY HAD NO CLUE AT ALL WHAT TO DO. AFTER EVERY PASS WITH THE CLIPPERS HE ASKED IS THIS GOOD?" Like buddy your supposed to be the professional. i wouldn't hire him to cut my wifes cats hair. I literally have done better haircuts on myself during covid.I has to leave half way through. Not even kidding."

My son 13 has high functioning autism. He does not love getting his haircut but I can usually convince him about once or twice a year to go. We had his hair cut at this location previously with no issues and I thought we would use their service again. Because my son was looking particularly miserable about the the prospect of the cut. I thought I would make mention of the Autism which I usually don’t. After waiting about 5 minutes I was informed the available Barber was not able to cut my sons hair because he did not feel comfortable cutting curly hair. The Barber in question simply did not want to cut my sons hair and refused his services. To add insult to injury they did say if I came back at 7:30 someone might be able to cut his hair then. It was just after lunch on a weekday and my experience with most mall Barbers you can get in without to much of a wait more time if the mall is busy. I was quickly referred to another salon and was sent on my way. I felt horrible knowing what had just happened but not wanting to let on to my child know anything was amiss.

Sam is the best barber I’ve been with since I came to Alberta, he is kind, attentive, professional, passionate and a very talented barber. My second time going to him and I’m more than happy with my hair and beard. I brought my son this time and he loves the style Sam did for him. The owner is great asking if there was anything I needed and he wasn’t afraid of sweeping the hair up as they were very busy. Great place
