I ordered a Gerbing dual controller leather case. Brandon reached out to me with a better, and cheaper, option. Not only did he save me a few bucks but his recommendation was for a far superior product to Gerbing.

Very impressed with the staff at BMW. They went out of their way to make the financing terms work with my budget and accommodated my needs. They were all very friendly, and talking/working with them was like working and talking with friends. Max stayed over, past the time they were closed by two hours just to make sure that I understood the dynamics of the bike system. I would highly recommend working with this dealership, they really care about their customers :) Because of my experience with them, they’ve earned a loyal customer for life! Thank you everyone who made my purchase possible and enjoyable, we will see you again soon!

Customer service is excellent! I've worked with Steve in service and Brandon in parts multiple times and they are both very knowledgeable, professional and passionate about their products. Lots more riding accessories for touring and adventure riding than any other shop in town. I'd buy another BMW just so I could do business here!

What a great group of people at this dealership! From Charlie in sales to the parts staff, highly knowledgeable and very accommodating to my schedule, and even Steve who helped me load her on the trailer!They have a very nice selection of accessories and clothing to fill most all of your needs, some products that I would not have guessed and shop would have they had in stock, wonderful! I'm pretty sure everyone working there rides and it shows!
