We're new in the village and had to get many items for our new home - tools and outdoor stuff like rain barrels. The staff have been very welcoming as neighbors and sales associates. Even offering to carry stuff to our car. Very helpful with recommendations on needed tools to perform household tasks - we moved from an apartment in the city to a home in the country. This requires tools we never had before. We do check prices online and there are some items which we can more affordably get on Amazon (only with free shipping) so it does pay to look around. For the most part tho - great place.

The store owner is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Helped me to find what I was looking for in the store and was very attentive. Recommended a few different local plumbers to me for the issue I was trying to resolve. Great hardware store and all staff friendly and helpful. Recommend
