ShowMeWhatYouBot has the best owner by far, super friendly and a great guy. He’s totally willing to open the shop on his days off if you call and ask. He’s got such a large and vast selection of Gunpla I was like a kid in a candy store. He’s even willing to take steps to help you get the kit you want and he will even let you custom order kits

Everything I wanted, and so so much more. Came in for two boys, walked out with 6 of em. Ones that other shops locally had told me were sold out and no longer available. I’ll definitely be making multiple return trips here

The level of service I received was incredible. They made sure that I got what I needed on time for the holidays and went out of their way to make sure that happened. I will 100% order again! A very cool Canadian gunpla shop that delivers to the US too. I was able to snag a hard-to-find HG F-01 Messer and some other things! Great customer service. Also, gotta love the mascot inspired by Rick & Morty!

Show Me What You Bot
I did my first order with them earlier in the summer, and there were a few issues. The owner was amazing and offered up some solutions, and I was so surprised at how well it was handled that I said I would place another order and he could send me what was missed. I placed the order a few weeks ago and he remembered everything, and sent me what was missed and something to make up for it.Aside from great selection and prices, the customer service was beyond what most businesses nowadays offer. This is definitely going to be my #1 place for ordering Gunpla model kits!

I came here looking for an item that had been in stock the week before. It was no longer in stock. I inquired about when more might arrive and got pushed into cash-up-front preorder that would be several weeks away. After the mentioned time had come and passed, I inquired and found out that not only would it be another month, but he let slip he should have contacted me about it and failed to. Took another 3 weeks to even get my money refunded.
