Beautiful place

I remember I stayed here when I was on Job Training at Stack A Shelf way back June,2009. place are good, room is simple, easy access to foods establishments...i remember there was a chinese restaurant, now its wimpys diner.

Nice accommodation for students

It's a good place to live in considering your college is just minutes away from your hostel. You have bus service at all times so you don't even have to walk till your campus. The buses will leave you right outside your college gate. The rooms are good, great facilities. 24/7 hot water. Electronics like fridge, oven are shared between two people in one room. Same goes for washroom and dining hall. You have a heater/AC which keeps the temperature at your designated temperature. There is a common kitchen along with a BBQ patio. You can cool, grill and sit outside and enjoy. There are conference rooms, round the year events on zoom and physically. You have got a gym and playroom inside the hostel along with a study room. 24/7 someone will be at the main desk to help you and guide you. No smoking area inside the hostel and it's premises. Price is slightly higher compared to other places but the facilities they give covers it all.

the walls aren't super thin, the rooms are a reasonable size, the rooms come with a moderately large desk, the water pressure is good, and the beds aren't bad. overall from my experience I'd say its pretty good

Good place to find residence for students

Not a good place to live at all...very expensive i cant believe any students can afford this. Very dirty and management regularly needs to inspect your tiny room for god knows what. Not worth the price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially went to res purley for the socialization after being stuck inside for so long and my previous year being online. I regret going to residance 1000%. Now I did make a few very good friends which that I don't regret but I do regret the over $8,200 which I spent staying there over the school year. The internet was horrid, the amenities were lacked. The rooms were ok besides the mold which wasn't fixed after multiple attempts to contact maintenance. The showers didn't work half the time and most of us shared. The rules were endless. For starters it was mandatory for you to be vaccinated, which was understandable at the time. We were NOT allowed, friends who lived outside of the residance to come to our rooms, family members or significant others included. Regardless of the facts we were all legal adults paying thousands a month for our space. You weren't allowed more then 7 people a room, 4 people in the game room. You had to wear your mask EVERYWHERE YOU WENT, you had to even wear your mask when you were in the gym working out ALONE because only one person could book the gym at a time. They were constantly promoting positive mental health but due to their rules caused multiple students to try things and one even had a mental breakdown and caused alot of property damage. Everyone complained about these rules but the school didnt care. The residance staff do care but the school who decides these rules do not. They expelled the student who had the metal health crisis instead of providing aid in this tough time, which is disgusting on their part. Only live here if it is truly your only option.

A good location for a Accomodation facility. Could improve on the amenities and service level

Great set-up. Very secure and easy to find. A bit confusing finding the way in but other than that...very friendly people too.
