Overall service was timely, attentive, and good. The restaurant is fairly busy and seating is tight which is perfectly acceptable for a ramen spot. Ambiance was great especially with the open concept kitchen.The ramen unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I have visited other Kinton Ramen locations in neighbouring cities and found the broth was not up to quality. Shoyu lacked richness and texture, toppings were great however. Donburi was ok but did not meet the standard I had for this franchise previously. Nevertheless, I would return because the dining experience was good and as this restaurant just opened I am sure that modifications are on their way.

I got the 'Ramen & a Beer' combo and it was delicious. The beer went really well with the ramen. I picked the pork spicy garlic, which was a little on the spicy side, but that's how I like it. If you don't like spicy, you can ask for less spice.The staff are all super polite. There were two servers on the floor and both were very willing to help me with whatever I needed.The food and beer combo, as well as the friendly atmosphere really hit the spot after a full day of work. 5/5 would recommend.

This place just opened and it was wonderful. I tried their beef original ramen special which was interesting since I have never tried beef ramen before since most places specialize in pork. The brisket was very tender and the soup was flavourful. Service was good and the servers were very friendly! This place has many different types of ramen like pork, beef, chicken and vegetarian which is great for people who have limited options. Overall great addition to downtown ottawa!

The Beef Donbury was a masterpiece—tender beef, fragrant rice, and perfectly seasoned veggies.Veggie Ramen was rich and satisfying. Impeccable service, cozy ambiance. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return for more culinary delights!

Noticed they were soft opening and decided to get a spicy garlic pork ramen to go.Service was great, brought water while I was waiting which was nice. It was a stainless steel cup which I personally don't love and find to be an odd choice.As for the ramen itself, I found it pretty good overall. I got the thick noodles, and they were on-par I'd say with most other good ramen places in the area. The raw garlic was quite sharp, the hot broth took a bit of the edge off but not all of it. The pork had some charring which gave a nice smoky taste, but also 2/3 pieces were super lean and a little on the dry side. The broth was quite spicy, which was nice, and was overall pretty good. I did find a bit strange that the spicy seems to have fewer toppings than some of the other options.All around pretty solid, I'll probably go again some time and try some other options out.

So so good, 10/10. Good service, really awesome looking place and the food, it was fast, and warm so so delicious. I’ll crave it always. Must visit. We went around 4:20 on a weekday and no wait! Worth the trip to the downtown core

I have to say this is the worst beef ramen I’ve ever had in North America. There aren’t enough soup to cover the noodles. The soup tastes only spicy, no other flavor, and the beef taste bland, not recommended at all.

New ramen place. Tried and was a little bit disappointed. Its just some newbie mistakes that you dont expect specially this brand is known too. But its alright since they just opened but I do I hope they improve over time.
