If you’re dining in, they’ll serve 10 people in the drive through before they even look at any customers inside. I understand if they’re is a timer they need to go by but it is quite ridiculous and to be honest frustrating if I’m waiting 20 minutes inside for food when people in the drive through get their order and food in less then 4 minutes

First time that we had breakfast at A&W and it didn't disappoint. I for the All Canadian Breakfast and my son got the bacon and egger.

It's an A&W. All the same, excellent service everywhere. Consistent between locations, my body tolerates it very well (major dairy issues for me), excellent and unlike one of their major competitors the burger isn't a flat tasteless piece of leather. Luv it. Highly recommended.

April 20, 2023My wife and I were running a few errands and decided to stop at A&W Bolton for a burger. I asked the gentleman what promotions they were running and he recommended the 'Ringer' burger.I asked him if the burger was spicy - my wife doesn't like spicy foods, she wants to taste the meat! He said it was not, so I ordered two.The burger was the right temperature, prepared carefully (I watched) and most importantly was delicious!We'll be back for another Ringer soon!

Very poorly managed. I come here often and they've forgotten my order at least 3 times and left me waiting 30 minutes. Today, I waited 30 minutes only to be told they didn't have what I ordered and then getting a refund took way longer than it should have. Great food, but management needs to do better.

As an avid a&wer, I am never coming back to this location after witnessing staff handle the cash register and directly touch tomatoes and lettuce while preparing food and back to the register. Disgusting and zero care for cleanliness of handling food. Never. Ever. Eating from here again

This is about 5 minutes from my job, so I go every now and again when I'm heading to work. It's nestled in close to a hotel, where the driveway isn't immediately visible from the road, so the turn may be confusing if you're not paying attention. Anyway, it's almost always empty, and service is prompt. The staff are courteous and the food is great. Really standard stuff. I'd recommend if you want a quiet atmosphere while you're enjoying a meal.

This restaurant must have changed ownership. They used to be one of the BEST A&W around. Their hamburgers and fries were always delicious. Last few months … we have been so disappointed. Onion rings are inedible they are so greasy. French fries are not well cooked. The oil seems different & definitely is not hot enough. Perfectly edible but nothing like the previous fries. On a previous visit, the root beer was OFF & I had to argue to get another drink. The girl insisted ‘it’s fine!’ Hamburgers are ok but just not as tasty. The previous owner had a sign posted with his email & number inviting customers to email if anything was amiss. These owners do NOT seem to care if you are happy or not. Hmmm Hope they see this and up their game.

Worst store at Bolton. They are taking 1 hour to make order at drive thru. Unprofessional staff they do not take care of customers. Should be more staff here because they can’t handle customers easily. Lazy staff….
