It should be a nice place in summer times... In winter most of the activities are closed. The rooms are clean and good and the personnel is kind.

Very good for all kind of tripStayed with kids 9 and 12 years for 3 days. Enough activities for them.For longer being I am not sure, but one week is OK.

Definitely a nice, clean, chic, comfortable, luxurious place to spend a night or more. It' got all the basic amenities and even a few extras... The room was clean, large, spacious, in pristine condition and almost everything was provided for a great stay. However, the '' suite with garden view'' had a view on the parking lot,which was a bit of a misleading description. Also, there was no info on where to get ice. The shower was pretty sweet, but luckily my wife and I are not tall people... I can imagine people over six feet having a difficult time washing their hair in there. Also, because of the room layout, when you wanted to wash your hands after using the toilet, you were right beside the bed. There were curtains to create a separation, but didn't help for the noise if one of the people were asleep. Would recommend and sleep there again. It was relatively quiet except for some hallway noise and a little thumping from the upstairs neighboring room.

Best place to stay around Thetford mines. The rooms are clean, spatious and well fournished. The people at the réception very profesionals, but a little bit too cold. A smile don't hurt nobody. The food in the restaurant is AMAZING. I've tasted the mediteranen chicken and the puding chômeur , it was delicious for à very decent price. I will stay there every time when i will be around.

Once but never againSo we booked a 3 night stay for our anniversary. Overall it looked promising. What went wrong?25/night for the dog. A lot of places charge a dog fee but what’s weird is they don’t actually clean the room during your stay so it makes no sense to charge a dog fee per night if you’re not cleaning the roomYou want a bath towel to go to the spa? 10$Another joke, you want your room cleaned? 35$ I mean what kind of hotel doesn’t include room cleaning? Because they don’t clean the rooms everyday the shower floor looks a mess.I think if you want to use the gym there is also an extra fee.The worst part though is both restaurants. We had a package with meals included. We were convinced it was impossible to actually get hot food. Every meal was cold every time. The one exception was our last dinner at the pub where we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food.For the price we paid it was absolutely not worth it.

This hotel looks new, clean and modern online. 3 years ago we had dinner at Le Greg at this hotel while visiting our in laws and it was incredible, both service and food.However, we just spent two nights here and I would not recommend, nor will we return.Upon check in we noticed the room was not cleaned to the very minimum standard we would expect from a mid priced hotel. The shower was covered in mold both old and new bacteria. The soap dish had a brand new packaged bar placed on top of a dirty tray, missing coffee cups,no toilet paper.When we left for the evening we let front desk know that we didn't have toilet paper, she grabbed a roll from under the desk, said nothing and we took it to our room .The decor, while trying to be sleek and modern, they missed the mark. Its cold and stark and uninviting. Its uncomfortable, no rugs, floor is super loud and echoes while you walk.When checking out, the front desk personal never even asked how our stay was. Simy said we have your payment

Used to love this place. Travel here on business. The staff was amazing before and during Covid. Since lock down ended, I have found the staff to be less accommodating and even rude. The rooms are beginning to show their age as well. Some showers have mold beginning, shower doors that don't close properly anymore, dirty curtains, scrapes on walls, seems to be a lack of tables in some rooms! etc. I hope they can turn this around.

Nice location and view. Rooms are modern but quite stark and minimalist. Chairs are not overly comfy and could use side tables. Beds, bedding and pillows are very nice. The bathroom door is a slider with a large gap - adequate but not overly private. The usual environmental note about leaving towels on floor only if new ones are needed wasn't heeded since cleaning staff replaced all hanging towels as well - so what was the point? The only way to avoid all new towels was to forgo all cleaning, which meant no coffee replacement. Had to ask at front desk and was somewhat grudgingly given only 2 each day. Surely there could be a better way to reduce hotel cleaning costs, help out the environment and still provide coffee? It was nice to have a small gym to use. We will most likely stay again.

Beautifully maintained hotel however there are drawbacks. A late checkout of 1 pm (versus the standard 11 am) costs an additional $25 and they charge a $200 security deposit in case one smokes in the room or takes items from the mini bar). The deposit is only returned after one has checked out.The Tomahawk Grill (lobby restaurant) charges top dollar for beautifully plated and generally delicious food but with middling service which includes loud lame live music that is fully audible in the quiet" part of the restaurant (across the hall from the band)
