The Dessert Room
We hired The Dessert Room, specifically Marcia, to help us design a sweet table and wedding cake for our wedding and we were not disappointed. From the first conversation I had with Marcia knew exactly what I had envisioned for the desert table. Not only did she make sure all the items my husband and I wanted were on the table fit but she also made sure the table fit in with our theme. All of the communication we had with Marcia was excellent and extremely professional. The desert table was such a big hit at our wedding that almost all of the desert, including the wedding cake, was gone by the end of the evening. Our guests were raving about how good the desert was for weeks after the wedding was over. I would highly recommend Marcia and the Desert Room to anyone and will continue to use The Desert Room for our events in the future.

I highly recommend this beautiful bakery to everyone! Marcia and the team helped me throughout the whole process of deciding on a cake. I ordered a beautiful cake from this bakery for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen and I received so many wonderful compliments for the beautiful cake! I ordered a Raspberry Almond cake and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this bakery for their beautiful cakes and sweets. I will definitely be ordering more cakes with The Dessert Room in the future!

I was absolutely stunned by the look of the cake I ordered( vanilla late with sugar blossoms). Marcia is so amazing and talented. The cake itself was so fluffy and delicious. I'm not a frosting girl but this frosting was to die for. It is the perfect cake for birthdays or any occasion. 110% recommend getting your cake from here. ps. the place is so beautiful and well decorated.

Can’t recommend enough!! We got a tasting box from the dessert room and after tasting how delicious the cakes were we decided to hire the dessert room for our wedding cake! We worked with Marcia and she was amazing. So responsive and helpful! I gave her a high level of my vision for the day and for the cake but not too much direction, she made some recommendations as to what we could do for the cake and it turned out way beyond what I was envisioning! It was stunning and delicious! Such a perfect centrepiece for our wedding day!

The cakes looked absolutely gorgeous and tasted super yummy. Thank you Marcia! We ordered 4 cakes for delivery for our intimate brunch event - Birthday Cake, Lemon Raspberry, Cookie Butter, and Salted Caramel Toffee. Everyone tried multiple flavours because they were all so good! The cakes arrived in perfect condition and we ate them over the course of a week!When Marcia faced a challenge with delivery at the desired location, she contacted the event coordinator, drove to a different location (15 min drive) and made sure the cakes were at the desired location on time before the brunch started. Thanks to her, the guests didn't notice any issues and the event proceeded smoothly!We will absolutely be buying more cakes from The Dessert Room!! Always a treat!

Ordered our wedding cake from the Dessert Room (minus the cake topper). The picture didn’t do justice to the beautiful cake!First, I loved that the website was transparent in flavour, pricing and style. Really helped to take away wedding planning uncertainties. (Also it was good to know we were not being charged for wedding tax.)Our wedding cake was chocolate fudge flavor, it was delicious! Rich, spongy and not too sweet. The cake was still very yum even a few days after.Lastly, just want to thank Marcia for being so friendly and accommodating to work with. Every celebration in our family must have a cake from the Dessert room from now. ❤️

I’ve ordered two cakes now from here and they were absolutely beautiful. They also tasted amazing ! All of our guests raved about the cake afterward. Can’t recommend enough for any special event !
