BMO Bank of Montreal

Was little disappointing to find out an international wire transfer is a quest for the personal. They couldn't do a few times, finding some excuses so had to drive to another branch to get a help I needed. The last time for my note if the cashier might need some extra training with wire transfers, the supervisor in the bank gave me bad attitude. Very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!Went into the bank to open an account. I was there for about 30mins and gave all my information, the lady was very nice taking my information; As she was just about to finish, she had to call a manger to finish off. The Manager was very RUDE, asking me the SAME questions, she asked for all my ID, and then told me that I needed MORE ID, then told me that I have to get PROOF of address for an address I don't even LIVE at.I highly recommend NOT going to this location. And hope that BMO HEAD OFFICE has some words with your management team, because your losing business.

Terrible customer service. Fraud was committed on my account and after several calls to Melissa nothing has been done. She does not return my calls and the staff does not care. Its been almost a year of me trying to get my money back and it's very frustrating. I will be moving all my accounts to another bank! Would NOT recommend BMO.

I was their 7 minutes before the closing time which is 5pm and door was close.This is terrible customer service

A customer's bad experience really has nothing to do with BMO Itself or any specific branch, it has everything to do with the staff serving... your staff is your glory " as we used to say working and trying to make the best impression .When it comes to person to person service

July 3, 2022 - Sunday - bad experience with BMO again...I fly from Ottawa today. I wanted to use my free access to the airport lounge. Unfortunately I was denied to enter because BMO decline transaction/approval for my free passes.I have BMO ascend card and I am sure that I have 2 extra available passes (I used it only twicethid year).MasterCard travel pass is showing 4 available passes. I tried to remove the card and re added, but I could not read as it gave me error that BMO did not approved to add the card in the app.I tried to call support, but I guess it's Sunday and none can help.I liked BMO but I am really considering to switching.

Not satisfied at all still waiting for the fraud department to call me back after months . Very unprofessional. .. very disappointing say the least . SMH ! Won’t give up and will take it higher .. terrible bank

I have personal and business accounts here and often come to this branch for my banking. Staff is always smiling, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. Thank you

Today the Thursday 9th of March, 2023 at 9:00am I entered in the bank but the inside bank safety big door was locked even though the staff was trying to open but they can’t so they advised me that the bank opening time is 9:30am so I have to come again, I asked upon a question is the bank manager be informed? She said Yes! Then I went outside and waited in my car. At 930am I came back again and found the same situation that the door was locked. I said is the manager here? A lady said in a disgraceful manners “ Yes I’m the manager but I’m not a Locksmith” I didn’t say nothing and walkout. Just letting you know that BMO should train their managers the importance of Client Services. I wouldn’t not recommend that BMO branch until she’s the manager. Thanks
