Do not trust this company! I literally removed the main panel, took out the battery and no one even called me to notify me! We are paying for false sense of security! This is evnidently a breach of contract!

Really bad customer service, the bot is useless on their website, asked them to call back and never happened. Tried to contact them a few times and no answer. The sales person never told us to cancel the contract you have 50$+tax penalty, instead they say you can cancel anytime for free. This is fake advertising.

The company representative with whom I discussed details of my contract, Jimmy Paul, was knowledgeable, efficient and patient in discussing our needs and features to be included. The time between the signing of the contract and the installation of the equipment was, in my opinion, too long for technical reasons. The technician who did the installation arrived on time, he was knowledgeable, experienced and meticulous.He explained each step of the installation and details of the use of the system. Every representative of the company I had to deal with was extremely polite. Highly recommended!
