Ron is legit the best guy and honestly at this point the only guy I’d use for any of my pc repairs/concerns. He is very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. Had my pc up an running in a few short days. 5/5

Parking is tight, and only one customer is allowed in the (small) shop, but the owner is a friendly, honest person who knows his stuff. You'll just need to be a little patient with the process, which is somewhat old-school. Free diagnostics so you have nothing to lose, and it's nice to support a local business in GT. Thanks Ron!

Amazing! Stellar! 10 stars! I can’t even express my gratitude and happiness at finding Ron! I wish I had found him years ago. When I first purchased my laptop it was fast for a few weeks. Then came an MS update, and it turned to sludge. I did restore points and even complete reinstalls which helped considerably, but it was never the same. Ron fixed my corrupt operating system (thank you Microsoft) and removed viruses and junk. Now my laptop is back to being a Porsche. Ron is SUPER Nice AND SUPER HONEST. You can’t go wrong. I wish the whole business world was full of Rons. Take your computer headaches to Ron. You will be so happy you did. I will be using him for a yearly check up from now on.

Ron at Compumaster it the best! I walked in with my son's laptop that refused to boot up properly. I was worried I would not be able to recover all the photos and files on it. Within minutes he figured out what the issue was and got it to boot up so I could retrieve all of the photos and files I needed. And this was not the first time Ron has come to my rescue for my computer woes. I would HIGHLY recommend Ron and Compumaster for any of your computer concerns.

Ron Brooks is one of the best persons and/or computer services we have met since moving to Ontario. He is kind, infinitely patient, knowledgeable, helpful, fixes problems in a timely manner, and is an all-around good guy. I don't think we would have survived in this new home in Ontario in our senior years without him. Thank you, Ron Brooks!

Due to an unfortunate accident, the screen for our 10 year old home laptop was permanently damaged. We found Compumaster online and after reading all of Ron's 5 star reviews, we decided to get his opinion as to whether repairing the laptop was possible, for a reasonable cost. Due to the age of our laptop, a replacement was no longer available however, Ron made a few suggestions to work around the problem. We took one of his suggestions and are very happy with the outcome. I was very pleased to see that Ron makes customer service a priority. I will have no hesitation in returning to Compumaster in the future, should the need ever arise again. I highly recommend this business.

Ron has been helping our family with computer issues for years, and today was no exception. Ron is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Compumaster because of the excellent service.

Ron is absolutely amazing to deal with! He makes the process so easy; dropped off my laptop less than a week later I get it back repaired perfectly! He made sure I knew exactly what was going on and clarified if I was unsure, even gave me alternatives to an expensive DVD repair for my laptop. I can't recommend this place enough, taking all my future tech repairs here for sure! Thank again for the amazing service Ron!!!

If I could give 10 stars I Would! Walked in this morning to purchase a laptop charger after leaving mine at home. Ron was so helpful and gave me one to borrow until tomorrow. Thank you Ron for restoring my faith in people and making my day!
