Great little neighborhood pub, good food at great prices. I had Cyan as our Bartender and she is a one of a kind gem that works there. Highly recommend.

After we did a hike in the hills behind the pub, it was time to rehydrate and we were hungry to. For an appetizer we had the pakoras, they were delicious and authentic.For my early dinner I had the Halibut & Chips. Again, I wasn't disappointed. Generous sized pieces of Halibut with an ample amount of fries. Both were served hot and fresh. As for our waitress, she didn't let our glasses run empty. Her timing on coming to our table to see how everything was or if we needed anything was perfect.We will definitely return for a cold pint and some of tastiest pub food we've had in a while.

My wife and I had a bit of a day, so we decided to go out and grab something to eat and ended up here.The waitress tended to people she knew and could chat with; pretty much taking our order and leaving us high and dry.I had a questionable clubhouse and my wife had some simple quesadillas. We left and got home. Not long after my wife said her stomach hurt and then it happened. A night spent in the washroom for her, getting rid off everything.Needless to say, we are Never. Going. Back. There.Period.

A neighborhood pub that has a straight forward menu. The portions are good and prices comparable to other pubs or restaurants. Staff is friendly and do their best to handle lunch and dinner rushes. They do two daily lunch specials and have soup of the day specials too.

The pub food is absolutely delicious, but I probably won’t be spending any more money at the liquor store as the older male cashier told me my service dog in training (wearing his ID patch) wasn’t welcome, after a previous visit a few weeks ago where the younger male employee (who was so lovely and helpful) told me that my dog was welcome despite my dog being young and in training. I had been all set to visit the store at least a few times a week to make a purchase/train, but now I think I’ll just go somewhere else. It’s not worth the hassle for basic stuff I can buy at other stores.

I have been to this pub, many, many times. The House curry and Veal cutlet dinners are are go to's, and the staff know us, and our top food pics. We have tried the majority of the menu and have always been pleased. The Staff are awesome. They are diligent and friendly. I gave atmosphere a 4, its an old school bar style pub, not everyone's vibes. There is a juke box, pool table and a few games. Easy going environment

This is a place for locals, where everyone knows everyone's name and comes to drink. The mushroom soup was thicker than the gravy and a funky colour. The food was way over-salted. And the washroom - always a good gauge of general restaurant cleanliness - was absolutely filthy and falling apart. Never again.

Great service and food! Biggest Chicken Club i’ve ever had. The Seafood Chowder is amazing, and made in-house. Highly recommend Timberland’s Pub when in Ladysmith.
