Aneesah was by far the best beauty advisor I’ve encountered at any beauty supply store everrr! She was so welcoming, as soon as we stepped in to the store we were greeted and then we inquired about having my bf & I’s ear pierced, she went step by step through the process and was an absolute pleasure the entire time. She was alone while servicing us and checking on other customers, running the store all alone and she was doing phenomenal!!! I will soon be back either for supplies or a hair appointment just for Aneesah! Excellent service, thank you!

Anisa was such an amazing help today! Really appreciate the time she spent sharing suggestions, instructions and tips to help me achieve the look I wanted. The store wasn’t stocked with a few of the exact shades/products I would’ve wanted but Anisa helped me find the next best options. Would return here again!

Horrible experience. Visited two times. They don't even have working air conditioner. It was so hot in there. Done facial and full-body wax. Was sweating badly. Not going back there. At least not during summer.

I was very impressed by Aneesah who sold me my products. She is very personable, very helpful. She knows the products really well, so she is really qualified to give advice re which products i need and explains their properties and how to use the products. I am now a regular Keep coming back to this store, though it is not the closest. Thanks Aneesah for all your help.

I’m upset because prices here are not the same as other beauty retailers. They don’t offer refunds which is absurd. They should at least offer price matching or discounts based on competitors pricing. I won’t be coming back.

I have been here for facial and threading. Beena was the aesthetician who was really amazing. Was very relaxed and the facial made my skin look much smoother and younger. She was also able to fix my already messed up eyebrows.

I had a very positive experience at Beauty Supply Outlet. Bina and Aneesah were both passionate about their work and it was clear in the way they interacted with me.I got eyebrow threading and a facial from Bina. She was very experienced at the threading process as there was lvery little pain. The facial was gentle and relaxing.I also came to he store for some hair colouring products. Aneesah was very friendly and knowledgeable of their selection. She was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed.

The girls need to be polite and they should use wipes to clean the chairs. May be they can use the sheets on the flat rest/chair. The girls were very rude.
