TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Dev Sharma at the bank , Professional and very good with the business.We have opened few accounts with the TD bank hassle free and it happened because of Dev. I could highly recommend.

I recently had an incident with this really illiterate associate “CAMERON WHALEN” of this bank, booked an appointment for my Credit Card application. Before the appointment got a call and he started with oh why you want new credit card, no matter what we do your application will get cancelled(without even knowing my background or account details). Kept on going that I wont get an unsecured card even with PR card, very low changes. Appointment was at 7PM, I’m sure he wanted to implicate that, no matter what you do your application won’t get processed today. This is the height of unprofessionalism and mindless behaviour you can expect from someone which won’t even consider your documents. Never had a good experience with this branch, always a waste of time visiting it. Please save your time go do your business with some professional.

We were waiting for a help desk lady Lily to assist us but another personal banker named Nagin suddenly came and assisted a woman behind us. When we said we were waiting before that lady to assist but you didn’t assist us , so she bluntly told sorry I thought lily was assisting us? Seriously? She should have asked us if lily is assisting us before she assisted to the woman behind us. Totally disrespectful attitude .

I frequented this location due to its proximity to my home, but due to the volume of transactions that this branch gets, I had to constantly chase them on a tight timeline for a mortgage. On top of that, my mortgage broker and my lawyer had to keep following up with them to ensure that they processed my paper work.The only thing that was helpful was that our bank advisor was pleasant with her service, and the only reason this review is 2-stars and not 1-star.

I thought it was just me..I have requested a reprint of an annual statement. I was told 1-2 business days I would receive it and I could pick up at the branch now I’m told 7-10 business days it’ll be mailed to me. This is 2023 how difficult is it to reprint a statement?? I’m not asking for $ or waiting for an approval it is a simple reprint and It can not be done at the branch or or online??? Than I asked to speak with the CS supervisor who was more interested in speaking over me about their processes instead of connecting with their “back office” to try and help a customer who has been banking their for many years for a simple reprint! I have seen first hand multiple times staff just moving back and forth but no one being served. There are so many customer service deficiencies at this branch It’s just ridiculous If I could rate this branch a zero I most definitely would

This TD is well organized, usually my recommended location for booking an appointment in-person via the TD website. The teller service is fairly fast and organized. It's fairly spaced out with tons of space to work and serve customers. They have a total of 4 ATMs that people can visit (2 next to the TD entrance and also 2 hidden just around the corner near the mall exit which generally has no customers). They speak multiple languages here which is always great!

If I can put 0 star I would, standing in line for 30 min ,line is reaching outside 3 cashiers only people are upset, service is slow, line is not moving, unfriendly staff, where is the manager to see the line and the unsufficient employees?? The manager doesn't realize that after a long holiday they should have assigned more cashiers !!!

My advisor Negin was an angel. She was amazing and very knowledgeable while explaining the details that confused me regarding my investments. The branch was extremely busy, however she still took her time and made sure to help me as best she can. I’ll make sure she is the only one to help me from now on. Thank you so much Negin.

I would never return to this location. I came in to ask a question about my credit card, I had recently gotten it and am still trying to understand how to use it. I asked an associate, I don’t fully remember know how to spell his name, it was similar to “Rafaye”. He laughed at me and brought in another coworker saying “listen to this” to have him laugh at me as well. He ended up not even helping me and getting his manager to do it for me. She just referred me to the “contact us” section of their app on my phon. I came to this location to receive no help and be ridiculed by the staff.

I have had one of the worst banking experiences with TD Square One by far. An appointment for a request for credit limit increase was booked and after a prolonged deliberation they approved a lower limit than the one initially agreed. Visited the branch on May 1 but the issue still remains unresolved. Countless emails and calls but the same standard replies. They don't bother to see your issue through and work on the ask. Apalling, unprofessional and careless to say the least.
