Love my family doctor, I have been coming to Hamilton Care Medical for many years now and they always pay close attention to you. I will never go else where. Plus the pharmacy is a phenomenal help at all times.

My partner and I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Ghazalah and his team. Reception is always very very friendly and have always been able to squeeze us in for an appointment whenever we need. Dr. Ghazalah is the best dr. I have ever dealt with, he is extremely patient, doesn’t make you feel rushed and is very caring about his patients health. We’re very happy we were able to find such a great family physician!

Overall great walk-in experience. Reception made it easy to get signed in, I was asked about my issue in a private room before seeing the doctor rather than at the front desk, and Dr Matti was great. Pharmacy on site had good service as well.In and out in 30 minutes, there were maybe 4 or 5 that went in before me.The location is convenient as well. I live nearby, but it's also an extra bonus to have a good shawarma place next door, Giant Tiger, and Tim Hortons.

Dr. Mazen Rassam is rude, and keep refused to get my wife the medications, also he tried to postpone her appointment because he is busy. We were 3 patients and got served in 10 mins after 1 hour waiting. I think he tried to see as much as he can of patients regardless of the quality of curing.If you are busy, don't keep accepting new patients.Now, I'm editing my review because after 3 hours of my review, the receptionist called me asked me to remove my review or Dr. Mazen will not see in the future.Come on;It's a free country and you have to know how to deal with the customer's review, calling them and trying to explain, apologize and make them satisfied, not to ask them to remove their reviews.

Service is quick. Maximum wait time is about 5 mins and when its busy 10 minutes at the most before seeing a doctor. The girls at the reception are also welcoming

The people behind the desk are always nice. Sometimes our family doctor's work here and we always have a pleasant experience. The pharmacy has friendly staff and we always feel that we are well looked after when require their services.

Terrible place doctor told me he would write me a note telling my boss I could go back to work printed it out took my money and told me to leave before I got to read it I got outside started to read it and it said he is not fit to go back to work snd not to work near machines and that’s basically my job so one of the doctors there cost me my job really wish I could name him but they gave me 3 different doctors in the span of 15 minutes

Worst walk in clinic in Hamilton. Unprofessional doctors, and rude pharmacists.
