Five stars to Sally's Choice!Sally's Choice was scheduled to come level out our deck, which was sinking like the Titanic! It has been a difficult time, since Covid, to get people out to come to do repairs around the house. Everyone is too busy with other work. Even getting someone in for a quote has been challenging. Our problem is unique in that most people aren't keen to fix the issue of a lopsided deck. It wasn't urgent, just unsightly!' The ground under the deck is sloped and has given way around the supports from water run off. There is also very little crawl space.Sally's Choice, and its team, were prompt in coming out to see what work needed doing. They gave us an arrival date and completed the job before the alloted time. They worked neatly and efficiently without wrecking the garden. That deck was arched out in no time! The deck also has a lower section that could have been removed completely and replaced with paving. At our request it was saved and replaced atop cement supports. This old deck has been given a new face.I am so impressed with the whole job. I'm happy with the outcome, and now my old deck has a few years of dignity!Thanks, Sally's Choice for such professionalism! I'm very happy to give you a positive review for a super outcome!

Sally's Choice did the plumbing for our Master Suite renovation and did an excellent job. Of all the subcontractors on the job, Jacob and his team were the most punctual and efficient, leading to no plumbing delays.

Started off with our well pump failing. They were able to come the next day, as we did not have water. They did the job perfectly, and installed a quality pump (pumpCo).Same thing with our hot water tank. A different HVAC company came after hours because we were worried about it and we always use them for our HVAC needs (they charged us $170 too). They informed us it needed replacing but couldn’t do it right away. The next day they wouldn’t replace it without a sales rep coming to the house first, even though their technician had already seen the tank. I texted a pic of the hot water tank to Jacob and he was able to source a replacement easily. They came the same day and installed a new 50 Gallon tank. These guys are great. Only thing that they should consider is taking credit. Everyone collects points, so paying with credit on a large purchase is preferable. Our business takes credit on large purchases, I was a little perplexed when I found out they wouldn’t but it wouldn’t deter me from using their services. Tough to find reliable trades these days.

The guys at SC are very polite and professional. Jacob is really knowledgeable and easy to speak with on the phone. I found their prices competitive and very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service!

Amazing work from all involved! We got Sally's Choice to complete a bathroom rennovation. From all involved with all of their trades and expertise, we were not disappointed. Everyone pays close attention to detail to ensure no corners were cut. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a total home/room rennovation. Professional service. Definitely would hire again for any future rennovations.

I own multiple income properties. I no do not have the time to make the repairs myself, therefore I call Sally's Choice every time. They've scoped and fixed a collapsed iron pipe, cleared many drains, repaired p-traps, installed plumbing for a new showers, setup a new vanity and plumbed it all. This is a fraction of the work they are able to accomplish promptly and professionally. Promptly is the key word in that statement, because when I call Sally's Choice, they answer, and they are there immediately. Phenomenal service with a kind owner at the helm. Terrific staff performing the work. I am always in good hands and will always recommend Sally's Choice to any member of the community.

First time using Sally's and was very impressed. They showed up on time and where very professional and quick! Their prices are fair and the quality of work was great! They also have access to a carpenter that did the Tile for my shower, excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hired Sally’s Choice to do a complete inspection of our plumbing system after moving into our new house. Jacob and his team were extremely professional, efficient, and we are very happy with the results. They changed a few toilets, the water heating tank, and made sure everything else was up to code. Very reasonably priced and gave us honest advice. Will definitely be using them again in the future
