Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Regina North, SK

Had my Pixel front glass repaired, left the shop, the fingerprint/biometric was not working after replacement, called and they got me in and fixed reasonably quick. Then a few days later, realized the front camera seems to be covered and that they likely didn't remove the tape from the back of the glass, so I messaged the shop numerous times about getting it fixed and nothing, radio silence. The shop is across town and having to make these numerous trips is not great customer service. I still haven't got the camera issue fixed.

Went in with a phone with a minor screen issue (it popped its clips that hold it in the frame) the tec" on site straight up refused to look at it citing "we usually access phones from the back and would probably break the screen trying to get it out ( it was half out already ) and a 2 min google would have lead him to realize thats not how my phone comes apart. That was when i walked out and went to a local shop a few blocks away and the other shop had it fixed within 5 mins. If i could give uBreakiFix a 0 star review i would they need to find competent technicians not fools not even willing to do their job."

Attn: ThomasIssue: I would rate zero star if there was an option to do so, I brought my phone in to install a screen protector at the Albert North branch. A technician installed the protector and I brought the phone back and found out that my microphone has stopped working. I took the phone to another ubreakifix location in the city and met a different technician who said that the previous technician may have damaged the phone while using the installation gel that they use to install the protector and they said I would have to take my phone to previous technician who installed the protector so they can open it. I brought phone back and met the initial technician at North location and he put my phone in dehydrator and then opened the screen and showed me that its not damaged by the chemical (I don't understand, if you put the phone in dehydrator, it will dry out the device) and then opened the phone to show me that its not damaged and told me its not there fault my microphone is not working and that I am left with two options, 1. Replace motherboard which costs approx $700 or 2. take it to a technician who can repair a specific part on the phone. I am totally unhappy with this store as they failed to take responsibility of there work, my device was functioning just fine before I took it and now its not. I would really appreciate to have chat with the store management and discussing in detail.

Regina North Albert Store. Would give a 0 if I could!Dropped by to see if they could fix a broken camera on my phone. Indicated they did not have the parts. Said they could get them in 2 days. Told them to order parts... showed up 2 days later and they forgot to order the parts.At this point they said they would order the parts and give me a call when they arrived. After receiving the call I went in and dropped my phone off first thing in the morning and they said I could pick it up at the end of the day 4:30.Showed up at 4:30.... after being in the back for 5 or so minutes he comes out and tells me he forgot about it! He will do it tomorrow. Now at this point I have been to this store 4 times. I ask for my phone and leave.... really unbelievable poor service.Update: I was contacted by both the owner and a member of the staff and they made the situation right and ensured I was a happy customer.

The guy I met attended to me very well. Even though I didn't get to fix what I wanted to fix on the phone I took there. However, the guy attended to me very well, taking his time to explain the nitty gritty of how to repair it. His customer service was great.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help. They definitely earned a 5 star rating.

If you want a mediocre repair that takes several days this is the place for you. Customer service is awful. This store has seriously gone down hill since changing owners. Do not take your device here.
