I called them today because I had to go to work . I was in fear that the ride I originally had was not going to show so I decided to call them as back up. I finally got confirmation that my 1st ride was coming so I called original to cancel .I could not get ahold of them .the dispatcher called back screaming and yelling at me because I cancelled the ride . What kind of business is that

I have used this company for over 10 years. They're phenomenal. Very little issues (maybe 3 bad drivers) in all that time. I use them almost every day.

Driver covered the whole sidewalk in front of Walmart. I am in a wheelchair and could not pass him. When asked to move, he refused. A phone call to the company got me screamed at. CAEK 915 was the plate number. Gray car. The person I tried to talk with over the phone screamed at me and wouldn't let me say much at all. Call is being referred to local police. Avoid this place.

Dispatcher literally the rudest human being I've ever spoken to. I am literally disgusted in the way he spoke to me. All I wanted to know was if they had a vehicle that could take 6 at a time and the fee from St. Catharines to notlClearly chumps running this operation.
