So amazing, set me up with the absolute best. I shopped all over Alberta and Saskatchewan, they gave me the best deal. Whenever I've needed it serviced, I've checked their rates, they're competitive with mechanics in town. They got me in on time, serviced me, fixed the problem without any ongoing issues. Their customer service rep Owen really went out of his way for me.

We traveled from Saskatoon and bought a car from Kia of Prince Albert. It was a very positive experience. Nick and the staff were great. This place is THRIVING under new ownership. Be sure to reach out to Neil there. He is the most kind, down-to-earth, and understanding car salesman I have ever dealt with. If you're looking for an experience that isn't pushy and keeps the humanity intact even though it is a car sale, look no further. I don't feel taken advantage of, and I feel like seen as a human being which SO contrasts my previous experience dealing with car salesmen. It was refreshing to deal with him and he has my business 100% as long as I'm driving!

This dealership has gone through a management and personnel change. 3-4 months ago, my wife and I went there driving 1.5 hrs to buy a new SUV. Not a single customer there and no one could be bothered to greet and help us. Now under new management (Nick), not only was the service professional and courteous but personal. They do care about providing honest service and transparent value in their pricing. We will be back. Thank you !
