Horrible experience. Had an accepted offer on the table that very much appears to have been a ghost offer. The offer came in days prior to my listing expiring so I extended the listing to accommodate. As it turns out there was never a deposit made (I wasn’t told there wasn’t) there was never an application made to IRAC. Paperwork was never sent to my lawyer. When I requested my purchase of sale agreement to be sent to me I was completely ignored. I found out none of this until a month later when I received an offer on another property just prior to expiration and when I told them I wasn’t extending my listing it magically fell off the table. I would definitely not recommend EXIT to anyone.

Great experience. We worked with Shane McGuigan to purchase a home in PEI while we were still living in Ontario. He honestly went above and beyond to help us with the entire process, and it was a long process for us! We have had several experiences with real estate agents in Ontario and unfortunately the majority of them were negative.Shane took all the stress out of buying our home and continued to follow up with anything we needed even after we moved in. I honestly can’t say enough about how great of an experience working with him was, we thought buying a home without being in PEI would be extremely stressful but he was so helpful which made it easy and stress free! We absoloutely recommend him for any of your home buying or selling needs and he will be our go-to shall we ever decide to move again!
