OK, the owner of this place got in contacted with me, and made it up to me. The experience was absolutely great, I got a facial mask and without any doubt I will be back to get any other services! Stuff was very friendly and hostess. Everything was amazing! Thank you so much for taking care of their clients. ☺️ I felt the amount I paid is totally worth!

Would not go again; the customer service here was something else.. I went in for a cartilage piercing and wanted to purchase an earring ($79) and cleaning solution ($16). I was then mistakenly told my total would be nearly $200. When I confronted the cashier about this, she admitted she thought the total was wrong as well, yet she was fully ready to charge me that amount, even asking if I was “okay with the price”. ??? Anyways, another employee came in to pierce my ears and repeatedly told me that my ears were fat over the course of this piercing process and expressed a rather hostile attitude towards me, at times raising her voice. Furthermore, the first employee/cashier also went on to pierce my friend’s ears unevenly, and when my friend voiced her concerns, she was gaslit by the second employee who claimed it was because her ears were fat. Overall, not a great experience.

I went in for facial waxing, the manager completed my service and first asked me if there were any sensitivity she should be aware of. I told her I had sensitive skin (typically places use hard wax for facial waxing, she didn’t). I didn’t realize I should have asked for hard wax until I walked out with flesh taken off of my upper lip which she blamed on my skin being dry and recommended a serum to use which I won’t be using and I won’t be back unfortunately.

I'm new to town and decided to give this place a try despite being hesitant. The women who did my eyebrows was nice but I left the place feeling like they looked almost the exact same as when I walked in. It does not look cleaned up at all, and feels no difference whatsoever. Not to mention once I got to the front I was shocked to find out it cost $25 just for threading. I have never had my eyebrows threaded for no more than $5-10 dollars and I've been getting them done for years. When I explained to the receptionist how shocked I was about the price and how I was never told, she rudely told me I should look at the prices before coming in. Terrible customer service and the work I had done did not reflect the price I paid. This place is overpriced for no reason. I would not recommend this place, especially for students. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had asked before getting the service to the coworker, how much would it cost for a half leg and full arm wax, she checked in the machine and said $78 excluding tax, and then booked a time slot for it. So I was waiting near the store in the Rideau mall. Then the manager asked me to come inside the store and wait inside the room and said that she would come back soon as she wanted to go to the bank. She the manager Biyana" kept me waiting almost for 25minutes and then she came in. But once I got the service done

I got my 21 months old daughter's ears pierced here and had a great experience. Brianna is amazing, answered all my questions and did not rush things at all. She took time to explain the procedure as well as after care details, made my daughter feel comfortable and did a wonderful job! Thank you!Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for ear piercing for their babies.

Today I finally went out for my first time in ottawa to get my eyebrows waxed, loved it so much I got my lip done too, the lady I saw is skye, she’s amazing I will no longer let anyone near my face. This lady heard me say “I wish I didn’t look so much like a man” and she with her big heart made me feel more feminine then ever! Eyebrows done moustache gone and lashes be permed and tinted this lady not only visibly helped me feel better but also talked to me about changing my mindset and helped me realize how mean I was to myself thank u Skye for ur lovely soul ❤️

Just got my ears pierced today, Brianna pierced them for me. She was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Would 100% come here again.

I got my ears pierced here. Worst experience ever. The girl at the cash tried to charge my friend $190 for a $79 service. When we questioned her she admitted it was way too high, but was going to charge her knowing it was the wrong amount. My piercings are uneven, and when I expressed my concern, the other employee told me that I have fat ears and that there’s nothing they could do. Sorry, what? Telling me I have fat ears is unprofessional and rude. It’s also just not true. The girl piercing my ears quite literally missed the dot she was supposed to pierce, and that is why they are uneven. Never going back, and you shouldn’t either.
