Phenomenal experience here. The owner Trenton walked us through how to use the bikes and circled places on a map for us to visit in Canmore and Banff. Our experience was so much better for his suggestions. We did need to swap out two of the bikes at the Banff location because we used up too much battery and still needed to get back.

Honestly the best customer service I've experienced since visiting canmore. The bikes are fast and Trent made me and my girlfriend feel incredibly comfortable as it was our first time riding with no previous knowledge. He suggested great trails to ride, and gave us such a good price. If you are looking for an ebike to take in the beautiful canmore scenery, definitely recommend checking out this shop.

Amazing place and great price! They were very helpful and the bikes were brand new. The trails around the area are so pretty and we even got to see an Elk. Definitely recommend to do the Three Sisters Parkway trail!

Super smooth experience and awesome staff! Loved that we could book bikes online the evening before. We rented an e-bike for the full day and it was worth every penny to explore as many Canmore/Banff trails as we could without getting too tired. 100% recommend this shop and would definitely use again!!

Loved it, loved it, loved it. Would do it again. Trent, the owner was amazing. Set us up properly, gave us awesome tips. The bikes worked so well the entire time. I would rent it again. 5-star! Very cool, once in a lifetime experience.

This is the best rental experience that I have ever experienced. The bikes were all prepared when we arrived, and we were on the way to Banff in short order. The bikes are in tiptop shape, so we could ride to Banff and back without the battery level dropping at all. The price and service were excellent!

An awesome experience…Had the pleasure of renting an e-bike from Rocky Mountain this week! Love to ride a bike, but not seasoned enough to NOT ride an e-bike on the Legacy Trail from Canmore to Banff. A friendly welcome, a one-on-one quick tutorial, and we were on our way. An excellent way to experience the Mountains, Frank and Dustin were great to deal with!

Great e-bike rental shop with friendly owner and cool bikes. We rented from him twice while staying in Canmore. Service and suggestions he offered was great. Great selection of bikes that are top of the line and the rental rate is very reasonable. Great location for getting on all the trails Canmore has to offer. Would recommend this business for anyone looking to have a great outdoor experience in Canmore.

Trent and his crew are simply the best there is at this. They know how to treat people, they know the area (which is super important if you aren't familiar with the local trails and options), and most importantly they know e-bikes in and out. The bikes on offer are maintained in great condition, the price is right, and you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service at any business in the Bow Valley.I liked riding an e-bike so much that I own one now, but if you don't? 10/10, rent one here.
