Holiday Inn Express Lethbridge Southeast, an IHG Hotel

Staff here were so unbelievably friendly and our room was excellent! We booked with our friends for a wedding and at check-in, they even made sure to put our rooms beside each other! The kitchen staff definitely need a little more training on what they offer for gluten free, but they did have bread with a separate toaster, scrambled eggs and bacon which was great!

We stayed there last month for four nights. It is a medium hotel, but it is the perfect place to sleep and rest in a business week. The hotel is always clean, our room had a large bathroom, the parking lot was always available, friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was good, fresh, and tasty. You are going to have a good variety of options. The hotel is well located.The fitness center was clean all the time, and it was perfect for my daily workout, until now the bigger fitness center I have been to in a Holiday Express Inn.My huge recognition goes to Cora, from the kitchen staff. She was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that her customers were satisfied.
