We have rented 5 storage lockers with Allcity storage, the facility is very clean and easy to commute to. Loading bay is nicely design would fit in different size of trucks and have many tools you need for moving. The storage units are properly designed to easily find the spot and the storage manager is super helpful would arrange your locker locations effectively to assist you with an easy move. I would recommend all my friends and family here.

This facility has independent alarms for their units and is very secure, which was exactly what I wanted for my furniture items. The move-in process was seamless and the staff were super helpful the entire process. Great experience!

This storage facility is very conveniently located near downtown. Large loading bay for all our moving trucks (we had 5). They have 2 large freight elevators and comparable prices to other storage facilities. The manager Alfred is super friendly and helpful. There are dollies available for use and have boxes & packing supplies for sale. All lockers are individual alarmed with your own access code. Facility is 100% secure. Highly recommended!

Best self-storage in Vancouver! easy to find and the sign up process is super easy and efficient. Kimmy is very helpful in setting up the account and system. The building is fully secured 24/7, very neat and easy access. The rates are also one of the best in town compares to other storage companies. Loading bay are also perfect to move larger items, would not want to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Fantastic self-storage in Vancouver! The location of the facility is excellent, very easy to access being close to downtown and minutes from the highway. Kimmy was extremely helpful in setting up my account and showing me my options. She was responsive and helpful and I have referred my friends to go to All City Storage. The loading bay was very helpful for my big move. I highly recommend going here!

Quick response and very flexible, the manager Alfred was even able to accommodate signing me up on a holiday which was greatly appreciated. Despite being in the downtown east side the facility feels safe and secure, it is well lit, and is beside a complex with subway and Starbucks. They have a great deal going on, no contract length was required and when I asked if I was committed to that specific size locker for a certain number of months Alfred advised that they were being flexible in light of recent world events. Top notch customer service! Thank you

I had a good experience there. It's clean, well secured and easy to access as they had 3 hugh loading bays that can fit 10t trucks. Their promotion is the reason why I went there. Good price.

Very greedy company. I paid them everything I had for year, during the pandemic. Even though I had to shut down my company I paid them. When I couldn’t pay and wanted to take my stuff out of there after a month of not being able to paying, I asked them if I can take my stuff out and pay the month when I’m able to, they locked me out. Now it’s been some time and there’s no way I can pay the ridiculous bill they’re asking me to pay. I definitely don’t recommend this storage facility. There’s stuff I need for my new home and for my son, that I had stored there thinking I’m able to move to new home right away. I wasn’t expecting to be there for more than a couple of months.

I've used the All City Storage facility for my business and they're our preferred storage provider.With very little noticed we required a temporary warehouse solution and they met and exceeded all of our expectations. We were able to have our staff come and go as needed, accessing our unit on demand.This facility is a short drive (7 mins or less) from our office. There are 3 loading bays (can accommodate trucks with/without lifts and even a 52' trailer) and there's free parking. You'll find two large capacity freight elevators, carts, dollies and a pallet jack; all available to use free of charge.We highly recommend them to both businesses and individuals looking for a clean/secure/well priced facility within minutes from downtown.

Greedy, Scam Company, will take advantage of your situation. Don’t use this storage facility unless you want to get ripped off and have them keep your belongings, that you may have had your whole life. Will give you a deal then raise the price without telling you. Also not a very safe area. If i could give 0 stars I would’ve.
