The team is amazing. Chris went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was experiencing after servicing (the issue had nothing to do with the quality of their work, they did an amazing job). He ensured I was safe and comfortable driving home before he headed out. 10/10. I would recommend this team to anyone! Very honest, professional, polite and helpful.

I just had my transmission rebuilt on my Jeep Wrangler and Desmond and his team at Brantford's Mr. Transmission did a wonderful job. Desmond provided honest communication from the get-go and he and his team are skilled in their profession. Prices are absolutely fair and the customer service was excellent. I price-shopped beforehand and Desmond offered the best price, but also had the most expertise in working with transmission-rebuilds. My vehicle never ran better!

Excellent service here, brought my Nissan pathfinder here after being told that it needs a new transmission.They rebuilt our transmission in 3 days.Des provided great support after we hit a snag with the vehicle. He followed up and made sure we were completely satisfied.If you need transmission work, look no further.

Went there thinking I would be spending big money for transmission repairs but after they checked and tested it thoroughly Des informed me that there was nothing wrong with my transmission. Informed me that the problem was in my front end and supported me with information to research the problem. They didn't charge me a cent and also delivered my vehicle to Pencar Car Rental so that I/we didn't have to do an exchange at the end of the day on the opposite side of town. I couldn't be happier with their Honesty, Professionalism and Outstanding Customer Service. Any future problems I definitely know where I will go for transmission work. About 1 week before my family was scheduled to leave on our trip since 2019 my car decided to started leaking transmission fluid. I was so worried I called because they were highly recommended to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to fix my car. Not only did they get me in right away, they were friendly, helpful and were able to fix my car by the next day. If you have any transmission problems don’t go anywhere else but here. They are honest people who only want to help not just take your money. Also, they called me when it was done and told me that it didn’t end up needing a part and the cost was dropped down. I literally cried tears of joy. I would have given a 10 star rating but it only let me give 5.
