Lindsay is a super amazing human. She is able to be vulnerable and present within herself to help others find where they need to be. She gently, but powerfully helps you find yourself, while helping you connect to the powers that be/discern whether or not negative" feelings are rooted from self or a dissonance of a lack of conformity to societal expectations or pressures. She provides SO much space via retreats or yoga classes and meets you where you're at. I collaborated with her for one of her retreats and provided food

I was introduced to Lindsay a few years ago when I was at the very beginning of my journey of self-discovery. Her greatest gift to me was giving me the permission I needed to tune in, dig deep and trust my body and intuition. Her unapologetic nature and big heart are a force to be reckoned with, and I truly believe she has had a lifelong impact on the way I perceive myself and other women. She has, without a doubt, empowered an impressive movement of unapologetic women and constantly encourages me to show up for my highest self. I am eternally grateful for her guidance.

I love attending Lindsay's weekly yoga classes that she teaches with Yoga in the Commons (now online because of COVID). They are incredibly accessible. I've been able to attend them all throughout pregnancy as she makes suggestions throughout the class to modify as needed. I mostly love that her classes are filled with sneaky, slow burning moves. It isn't your typical fast flowing class and that's exactly what I love about it. Lindsay's auditory cues are so thorough, yet another way she caters to accessibility. Lastly, her classes are pay-what-you-can, what is so wonderful to pay what feels in alignment with where you're at. Stop considering and definitely sign up today!!
