City Marine

Been dealing with them since 2013. They have been doing all my warranty work since then on my new 37 foot cruiser. Plus all regular annual maintenance. They are very knowledgeable and their service is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Very good mechanic to deal with - helpful and reliable. Went through a slough of mechanics over 5 years of boat ownership before dealing with City Marine and it was very difficult to find someone who was reliable for more than a few months. I had an engine replaced on a twin engine boat by this company and they were helpful and honest through the process, went out of their way to find ways to save me money along the way

Great bunch of guys working there. They're very knowledgeable and know there stuff. Always willing to help and answer all my questions. The prices a reasonable and parts arive on time.Added bonus there's a boat launch around the corner.Keep up the excellent work.

Dave responded promptly with suggestions on what i can do for my old SeeDoo boat even though he could not take it on. He also recommended an engine rebuild shop that they have used. So next time i have a marine boat issue, Dave is going to be the first person I contact!

This is for their location near Grand Valley. Really poor communication. Left my boat out for weeks and cover filled with water when they didn't prop it up . Cover ripped and they tried to sell me a new one. Overpriced shop rate. $155 per hour!! And no magic mechanic working there from my experience. Compare with Massels in New Hamburg at $100 per hour, Harbour West in Hamilton at $102, CAS in Ayr- $115. Won't be back.

I first met Dave years ago when I was a member of PCYC. Someone probably referred me to him. There was a gremlin in my large block Mercruiser engine w/Bravo III that the Sea Ray dealer I purchased it from couldn't figure out. His shop opened my eyes as to how easy it was to diagnose a simple but very significant problem. How? They knew what they're doing.Since that day and for years since, City Marine has been responsible for the full maintenance, repair, and winterization /summerization and storage of my boat. I've always felt I was told the truth, never mislead or ignored. Boats are expensive hobbies. It's great to know someone who appreciates that fact, and does their best to keep yours reliably operating at its peak and at a fair price.I highly recommend City Marine and David in particular. Without reservation.

I have had a few different marine technicians over the last 15 years and finally I was recommended to try City Marine. I have used City Marine for roughly 4-5 years for winterizing, summarizing, maintenance and storage on my bass boat and cruiser. They are definitely a skilled/knowledgeable company with fair prices and friendly staff. They have never let me down and always help me out with any questions or concerns I may have on my water crafts. Thank you City Marine for giving me a care free season on the water. Good job and keep up the good work.

My experience with City Marine was not a good one. They held my boat for 3 weeks without looking at it once. I was promised by Linda that since they did the work on the carb last fall they would look at it within 2 days,it did not happen. I would call and ask whats wrong with my boat and all i would get is give 5 min and i will call you back. That never happened. Every promise they would make,they never came through.As you can see from the pics my boat ( Tracker with the yellow stripe )was getting buried with other boats that weren't there when i brought mine in. Seems to me Dave wants to take care the bigger boats (bigger money) wrong way of doing business. I don`t care what degrees he has as a mechanic you still need to know customer service.Tell the truth like i am right now, it goes a long way.Shame on you all.
