Tony and the guys are fantastic, work was done as promised and on time.Pricing is the best in town! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any hitch, these guys even put on a swing hitch for my boat.Thanks guys!UPDATE**** Tony has sold recently to bad !! I hear the service has gone way down. United hitch is the go to now for me.

This shop gets no stars so far but I had to put something in order to post. In late 2021 I had a hitch installed at this location. The job was completed and all appeared to be well. When I got home and began washing my car I noticed that my right rear taillight was cracked and silicone had been applied. I returned to OK Hitch and was told I was supposed to have been made aware that this had happened and that a new taillight assembly had been ordered and would be installed. All seemed well and the new assembly was installed. I was satisfied with the service despite being made aware after the fact. A short time later I started having trouble with my keyless rear hatch and lock button not functioning. The car was still under warrantee so I took it to the dealer only to discover that during the hitch install the rear bumper has to be removed and that the keyless antenna module had been damaged during the hitch install. Upon approaching the staff I was told that they would give me a credit. It is now July 2022 and after multiple excuses this has not been resolved. Under the new ownership I was told that this was not the new owners issue. I will dropping in one last time and will be pursuing alternate action. I am hoping the new owner makes good on thisE Pryor. A very unsatisfied customer.

Called this place last week inquiring about a brake controller for a Lexus 2005 GX470. Was quoted a price of approximately $450 to hardwire it in. After doing some research on my own, YouTube etc realized that this particular vehicle already has the wiring hardwired in. Beware of this company!!!!!!. Do your research. One can only assume that they're telling people that it needs to be hardwired in, if you don't do your research and then get charged an exorbitant amount of money for something that's already in place. I ordered a brake controller off of Amazon for $88, was installed within an hour by my 21-year-old son. Done deal. How to call three times, before finally getting an answer. When I asked the receptionist why don't you have call waiting? Anyone who is not paying the extra small fee to have call waiting on their business line raises questions for me

My wife and I are at the beginning of a year-long road trip adventure. We needed to have a 5th wheel hitch moved from our old truck to a new one just being purchased. John, at OK Hitch was able to accommodate us the same day! We were lucky that there was a cancellation, but he made the effort to contact us to get us to bring the truck over - just as we were signing the papers on the new truck! John then quickly got the adapter parts needed, provided excellent advice and got the job done. We couldn't be happier about the way things turned out.

Not happy! The hitch was installed incorrectly with considerable rattling under the car which they were unable to fix. The solution they offered would not only have made matters worse, but would not have solved the problem. I had to take it to Toyota who remarked on their invoice, the hitch had been installed poorly". Extra holes were inserted into the body of the car and it was installed too close to the exhaust pipe. I asked OK Hitch to pay / refund the extra costs I had incurred by Toyota and Tony (the manager) said - "we wont pay a dime". Dismal customer handling and needless to say

My hitch was recently installed in a professional and timely way however, OK Hitch didn't ask what receiver size I needed before installing a 1 1/4 unit. I need a 2" receiver for my bike rack. This seemed like an fundamental oversight for a professional hitch installer as I was depending on them to be the hitch experts. I then had to pay just over $100 more for an adapter

The guys at OK hitch are great! I installed reverse lights on my truck and trailer and I wanted them to come on when I put the truck in reverse but also wanted to be able to turn them on with a toggle switch. They were able to figure out a way to do it to my liking and at a very reasonable rate! I have been to OK Hitch many times for various reasons and every time I leave very happy with their swift and old school service.

These guys are the best in town. They have helped me with attaching a trailer hitch and all its wiring, and also dealt with any questions/issues immediately. I suggest people go here for sure. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Jeremy and his crew are great! Thanks so much.

Had them install a stealth hitch and wiring to my Tesla model 3. We communicated before, there was some trepidation on their behalf fitting the wiring and they went and did the research to ensure they would be comfortable doing it. When I picked it up they said it had been easy and they now would not hesitate to work on teslas in the future. I am very happy with the stealth hitch and the 4 pin wiring.
