Grey Owl Paddles Limited

Grey Owl Paddles have poor quality control and even worst customer service. Blemishes in the paddle shaft right at the throat? and I'll they offer to do is fill it and only if i bring it to Cambridge? Garbage!

This is not about their product! Just wanted to warn people before they go that you cannot drop in to buy a paddle. Spoke on the phone and thought that I could go in and browse but when I got to the store, there was a sign saying that it was for appointments only and the door was locked. I was driving from another city and doing this on a day off so that I could accommodate their hours. Would appreciate if they listed prices on their website and stated that you need to call and book to get in their store. Hours on google are misleading.
