Without A Doubt Day Spa

On the morning of my wedding my makeup artist no showed and it was Shaleen the manager (sorry if mispelled), who saved the day by doing my wedding makeup. She was a lovely person who not only saved my 'look', but also provided a lot of positivity and great energy. She was attentive and accepted any feedback I gave her. I'm forever grateful for the last minute appointment and the kindness that she gave. Big thank you!

Great experience! Marilyn gave me the best facial and deep tissue massage I have ever had. I would highly recommend her and the spa in general as it is a professional and relaxing experience. Thank you Marilyn and other staff.

What an amazing experience me and my twin sister had today . Candice and Paulina were both so professional, friendly and amazing at what they do. Our first Fire and Ice pedicure was so relaxing and to add that little extra touch was a glass of wine and cheese to make their customers feel that true spa feel. Comfortable, professional, and spa environment is private and soothing. I got sugaring and I'm super impressed with thr treatment and zen oasis here in Penticton. Owner works on-site and is passionate about client care. I felt like a brand new women!

The review written by Emma on February 7th 2023 is inaccurate! I have known Rachael since she’s opened Her spa and some of her staff who have worked for her for 5+ years who are AMAZING may I add. Rachael is an incredibly kind woman & talented esthetician, who I know comes highly recommended from all of Penticton in her 16 years of business . It’s quite interesting to hear such an awful review when I know just on the top of my head at least 60 people who go there regularly and have nothing but beautiful things to say about her. I feel as though this is a private issue that has some major holes in the story. Really sad that now a days you have to turn to google to attempt at ruining someone’s reputation. Also meaning defamation.Google has Without A Doubts Day Spa’s phone number listed, I would call the business if you would like to reach out to your past employer and not “text” as that in its own is unprofessional on your behalf. .. and last time I checked legally you have until February 28th of the new year to send out T4s. If you were an employee of hers, she would have your home address to send it to.Get off your phone and stop cyber bullying.

Just came back from a lovely time at the spa… got a pedicure with gel polish, fire and ice facial, and sugaring. Had 3 ladies all together and every one of them did fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at what they’re doing. I plan to go back regularly moving forward. I definitely appreciate that they were able to accommodate me by doing all of these treatments back to back as I live rurally and drive 2 hours to get here. Top notch service! Definitely recommend :) I bought some of the skin care line based on their recommendations so I will try it out and see if helps my skin long term as well.

I have never had a more better experience than at without a doubt day spa! I always go to Rachael the owner who is phenomenal she’s patient and pays attention to detail, her facials are amazing and thanks to her my leg hair barely grows back. Disregard the review below from disgruntled employees who lose there job and try to publicly ruin one’s reputation there’s two sides to every story. Go see Rachael yourself and know why, without a doubt has been a successful business for so long.

Everyone was very friendly and the spa is nice and inviting. However $79 for a basic manicure is way too much. The manicurist was friendly, don't think it's her fault. There was no cutical oil used, just dry removal of cuticles and had to ask for under the nails to be cleaned.The massage wasn't that long, and 2 days later 3 of my nails had chipped. Not even a week later all the polish has chipped. I'm very disappointed I must say.For $79 I would expect a lot more

I recently booked side by side pedicures with my wife. It was a great experience. Professional staff, clean spa and an all around great experience.

I’m happy to say that my experience was lovely! Paulina gave me a great manicure (my first ever) and made it a relaxing experience!
