I would like to thank Premium Pool and Spa for going above and beyond with our new Hot Tub. From ordering, delivery discussions and the amazing delivery guys, everything went beautifully! I highly recommend doing a visit with this company when looking into purchasing their hot tubs, chemicals and testing. :) They do go above and beyond to make things work out for you.

Sales experience was great. Mike was a professional and helped at every step. The tub arrived on time on the pre-arranged day. Delivery team was helpful and informative and had things setup quickly. A minor issue with a sensor and some missing ancillaries upon delivery was looked after immediately by Bailey and had us up and running the next day! Thank you Vernon Premium Pool & Spa for our beautiful hot tub!

After a long, COVID induced delay in getting our hot tub, it arrived in May and after a month I can say that the cost has been paid off in that time.... (actually the first 20min session)Anthony and Jim were the delivery guys and they were concise and friendly and did a great job on educating this newbie on how to look after the thing too.It makes a pretty nice piece of furniture to our outdoor living space, we highly recommend it :)

The service from Premium Pool and Spa was exceptional. Arrangements were made to coordinate electrical connection with the Eco Spa #5Hot Tub installation. All went like clockwork. When the tub was unwrapped there was shipping damage to the hard covers. Within an hour one of the installers when back to town and came back with new replacement covers. We were enjoying the spa later that day. While the covers were being replaced the other installer went over the care and maintenance of the water and hot tub. Great coordination between sales and installation.

Mike’s knowledge of his hot tub‘s and listening to what I was looking for, helped me to get exactly the right Jacuzzi Hot Tub I needed for my Bed and Breakfast.Once it arrived, his crew was not only professional, and knowledgeable, they were also very helpful in explaining how to use the chemicals properly to make sure the pool was always at its best.I would highly recommend to anybody wanting to buy a hot tub to go to Premium Pools and Spa in Vernon and talk to Mike.You won’t be disappointed

Our experience with Premium Pool and Spa was fantastic. Mike was able to find the Jacuzzi spa we were looking for and secure it as it was being built at the factory. It arrived and was delivered and set up at our home in less than three weeks from the order date. Kevin showed up at the exact time I was given and did a superb job of unloading, installing and setup. He was very knowledgeable and professional explaining and answered all questions. I had visited the Vernon location last summer just to see what they had. In the New Year Mike called to let me know about a promo and we visited a couple weeks after. Mike was great and narrowed down some options, one of which was in stock. Communication with Mike, the delivery coordinator and installation crew was spot on all the way through. On the delivery day the install was quick and clean. And the installer ( I forgot his name) ran through the tubs features and detailed instructions for treating the tub. Great experience for a large purchase. We have had the tub for a few days now and have used daily, a nice treat for the family.I highly recommend seeing Mike and his colleagues.

Well we did a special order on the hot tub in January and true to there word it was delivered in July. For some reason the plant did not assemble the tub to our color specifications. When we were notified of the error Premium made It right. They had another tub in the color we wanted but it was more expensive as it had more jets and power. However they honoured the contract price and did not charge us for these upgrades. Thank you big red and Glenda for valuing our business and providing good customer service and resolving the major issue. Dustin and Brandon the delivery team were awesome. They set the he tub up as we wanted and gave us a very good tutorial on the operating of the tub and the chemicals we need to use. Just waiting for the tub to warm up so we can jump in and enjoy.

The fellas showed up at designated time. Were professional and were knowledgeable. Was missing a part and one of the technicians came out from town with part and didn’t slow install down at all. Mike the sales guy was great to deal with. I would recommend Premium pool and spa to anyone looking for a spa.

We could not take the tub right away as our space for it was not ready. Premium was happy to store it for us. The delivery was great. No issues at all. When we bought the tub it came with stairs.... by the time we got it the manufacturer stopped making stairs. Premium replaced the stairs right away with an upgraded set. All in all it was a good experience dealing with Premium pool and spa.
